Usually have a good experience, but not this time. Called and ordered a fridge from TJ at Sherwood location. He said someone would call Friday and set up a time on Monday to deliver it. No call Friday. I get a call Monday morning while I’m at work from the delivery driver saying he’s on the way. My wife has to take our son to school but before that happens they show up and block her in and we have to keep him home that day instead. I call the Perkins store and they said that they “try to call but sometimes don’t get to everyone” Seriously? So instead a few unlucky saps get screwed and just have to deal with the delivery truck showing up out of nowhere?! Absolutely garbage and will never order an appliance or service from this company again. Completely unprofessional.

I remember going in a few years back and thinking things were over priced. Currently working on a kitchen remodel and it didn't seem over priced now.Went with a matching suite of appliances.

So easy to work with. We moved to town a few weeks ago and got everything we needed from Stanton’s. Delivery guys did a quality job. Our sales guy Chase was top notch. No complaints. I’ll be back!

Four years ago, my wife and I went to Stanton's Appliance store and purchased a BOSCH dishwasher. We have been extremely happy with the product and the salesperson, Terry.Recently my SAMSUNG dryer (purchased 6 years ago) started giving us problems. Four to five hours and still the load is not dry. Things got worse when the dryer started making extremely loud noises. We could not be close by the dryer when it was running. We had to be in another room and we could not run before we went to bed!So we went to our preferred appliance store and met with Mr. Chris. He was very professional and polite. He listended to our needs and showed us what he had in the store. We picked MAYTAG (Commercial Technology) dryer with a drawer. Several days later, the dryer was brought to the house and Mr. Gary and Miss. Michelle removed the old dryer and brought the new dryer in and installed it. Everything was done very smoothly. Nothing was dropped or dented. After that, Mr. Gary run a demo to make sure everything was working properly.All in all, the folks at STANTON's appliance store were very professional, polite, and sincere!!!If you are in the market for a washer/dryer/oven/ freezer/ refrigerator, etc... I encourage you to pay them a visit.

We have purchased 8 major appliances for 2 different new houses over the past 9 years and have had nothing but great experiences with them both times. Our first purchase was with Terry at the Perkins road location. He was very knowledgeable and the only salesperson I talked to while getting quotes that spotted the error that I couldn't use the appliances together that the architect had spec'd. (Could not use a pop up counter hood on an island with a built in oven/range. They are for ranges only) Our second purchase was with Laura at the Sherwood location about 6 years later. She was also very patient, knowledgeable and friendly. Both of these people have been selling appliances for years and it shows. The other very important benefit to buying from them is that they service what they sell and the few times that we've needed service, our experiences have been just as good. I definitely recommend Stanton's.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Stanton's Appliance. As someone who works in customer service, I understand that sometimes things are out of your control, but the level of incompetence and disregard for customers is absolutely unacceptable.Over the past few months, my family and I made several purchases from Stanton's Appliance, including a washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, and most recently, a dishwasher. However, it is the experience with the dishwasher that has left me utterly dissatisfied and frustrated.After the dishwasher was installed on a Friday, it started making strange noises and displaying an error code on Saturday. We immediately contacted Stanton's Appliance on Monday morning, only to be told that they couldn't send someone to address the issue for a whole week! In what world is it acceptable to leave customers with a faulty brand-new appliance for that long?When the repairman finally arrived, he identified the problem and said a part needed to be replaced. I asked when the replacement part would arrive, and he had no clue. He casually told me to check back in a week. Are you kidding me? A week to replace a part for a brand-new dishwasher? This kind of disregard for customers is outrageous.To make matters worse, the repairman didn't even know about our situation and was never informed to reach out earlier if he had the chance. The lack of communication within Stanton's Appliance is appalling and shows a complete lack of professionalism.I regret ever choosing Stanton's Appliance for my purchases. I would have rather gone to a big-box store with poor customer service than go through this ordeal again. It is clear that Stanton's Appliance doesn't value its customers or their satisfaction.I sincerely hope that others take my experience into account when considering where to purchase their appliances. Stanton's Appliance does not deserve your business. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else where your needs as a customer will be prioritized.I urge Stanton's Appliance to take immediate action to improve their service and customer support. No one should have to endure such a terrible experience after spending their hard-earned money on new appliances.

I’m surprised by some of the poor reviews. I went to Stanton after some major fails buying appliances at the big box stores (issues with stock, issues with appliance longevity, issues with customer service, etc.). I went in in search of a fridge and was pleased with the amount of detail and attention the staff were able to give me. I was expecting to pay out the nose, but got a fridge for less than the same model at the big box store. Delivery, installation, and removal of the old fridge was only $60 (!!!!!) - it’s many times as expensive from Lowe’s or Home Depot. Delivery was on time and efficient. Honestly no complaints so far, and love the fridge.

They are Not worth a star bit I can not go lower!!!! Good at sales but extremely bad at backing up what they promised. Day of sale they said the refrigerator would be in in two weeks they had 8 comming. In three weeks I called they said oh backordered. Today they were to deliver so they brought the wrong box. Sales man will Not return a call!!!!There are other negative issues with this terrible company just dont want to write more. JUST RUN AWAY UNLESS YOU LIKE TROUBLE!!!!!!!

It's important for locals to know that our local business doesn't take care of their customers. As a matter of fact, they forgot about their customers. I placed an order for a new refrigerator with Stanton's Appliance on Perkins in October 2021. Five months later, with no contact from Stanton's except for my phone calls to them, I still have no fridge from them. I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt for way too long. Finally, I called and cancelled the order last week when my husband saw the exact model fridge was in stock at Best Buy. Guess what...Best Buy delivered my new fridge yesterday. Only 6 days after the purchase. Thank you, Best Buy! I will never give my business to Stanton's Appliance again. Negligent customer service. Now waiting for my $500 refund on my deposit from Stanton's. Update: It took 3 weeks and three phone calls to finally get my deposit refunded.
