Okay so I sell clothes at style encore and every time I go there the manager tells me my clothes smell like smoke but what's funny is right before I bring my clothes to her I get them from Plato's and I bring what Plato's didn't buy from me so I bring the rest to style encore so therefore I know she's lying she is so rude to me the manager that works during the day she is very rude to me her worker Bree rolls her eyes at me and my husband every time we go in there like they're very rude it's like they have something against us. I don't know what but when she sees this once the manager sees it she's probably going to call my phone again and ask me why I put this on here she called my phone the other night and telling me if I had a problem with her I needed to go to store and talk to her not call corporate that she was having a moment and I guess I need to excuse myself because she's having a moment bad number one worst customer service You don't ever do that that's the worst thing you could do is call your customers from the store and tell them I'm sorry I'm having a moment but if you have something wrong with me you need to come talk to me not corporate who runs a show like that bad service they need to replace just about the whole crew except for the older lady that works at night I believe her name is Miss Angel I'm not sure but I know for sure the manager and Bree they are so rude and the blonde headed lady that has the foreign voice the other day I was standing at the counter with a pair of shoes waiting to pay for them and she walked up to me and looked at my shoes like I was trying to steal them after that I looked at her like really Don't ever tap me on my shoulder again Don't touch me and I'm not stealing your second hand shoes I'm trying to pay for them but nobody was at the counter to come and help me very very bad service sucky service and I honestly feel like her manager the manager that owns style encore I feel like she needs to know what is really going on You just don't treat people like that That's not how you treat people (empathy)- (treat people how you want to be treated) (respect) - (You give respect you'll get it) - (I know you're not new to this be true to this)

Overall, I really like this place. Great deals and great items. Plus, awesome they have menswear now. Only reason I’m doing 4 stars is because almost every time I have been, staff is very stand off-ish, or uninterested in helping… I chalk that up to them being busy, with buying clothes and dealing with potential sales. I definitely recommend this place, though, and enjoy shopping here. There is always plenty of parking, too.

I bought a very cute shirt for an interview. I told the associate what it was for and she actually took the time to pray with me. (I got the job!) That kind of service deserves an endless amount of stars. Thank you for making my day.

I enjoyed my experience at Style Encore, and I am very very appreciative of the help that I received from Kim. I was looking for a formal dress and she found this beautiful, royal blue and silver dress that fit me perfect… I loved her selection. She help me try on the dress and asked her coworker Malika “what did she think”. Her expression was “WOW you look so pretty in that dress”. Well I purchased the dress!!!! Thank you ladies for help and honesty…. Your very happy customer Shirley

Will NOT be back. Staff wasn't rude, but store is a mess, buying process is chaotic and worst of all, once my items were finally ready, I was offered $22 for a BRAND NEW pair of Coach Leather drivers/flats (currently $145 at Dillards) and a NEW Coach Leather Tech Pouch , a boutique sweater and one other item. When I questioned what specific items they were buying for only $22, it was def implied it would be an issue to cancel my sell and take my items back. After wasting half my morning with the entire experience, I ended up selling since I had no use for those items but it did not sit well AT ALL that I was paying an additional $98 out of pocket for 6 items and they were about to make well over that with my 4 designer/boutique items they bought. I will DEF not be back with such unfair pricing on buys. They've gotta be paying less than 10% retail value!

“Upon my initial arrival, I was met with abysmal customer service. When I inquired about the process to the associate, she appeared visibly taken aback. I proceeded to explain that I was representing a client through my organizing business, assisting them in disposing of unwanted clothing. This was an opportunity for me to test this system for potential future clients. Additionally, I mentioned my role as a content creator, intending to document this process on my blog.The associate promptly glanced at another colleague, whom I inferred was the manager. After a brief discussion, she remarked that they were short-staffed due to associates being preoccupied with their personal endeavors on social media platforms.From that point on, the encounter deteriorated. I was assured I would receive a follow-up call the next day. When that call finally arrived, they mentioned an offer had been extended. Curious, I sought to know the details, but they refused to divulge them over the phone. Given the 35-minute commute, I needed to plan my visit accordingly. The associate insisted that if I didn’t come in that very day, the offer would only be redeemable as a store credit.Choosing not to visit that day, I called the following day to inquire about the store credit. I conversed with an associate named Autumn, who reiterated the previous information. Upon my eventual visit, the supposed manager informed me that some of the clothes were deemed dirty and that the offer was limited to three items. I promptly contested this, asserting that the clothes were indeed clean; most of them had just been retrieved from the cleaners. The manager’s response was, ‘Oh, I don’t know, I didn’t go through them.’At this juncture, I accepted the offer primarily to conclude the interaction as the store has awful pungent odor that was overwhelming. They haphazardly stored the items in a torn trash bag. When I requested another bag, as both shoes and clothes were crammed into this visibly torn one, Autumn adamantly refused, insisting I make do with the damaged bag.In my assessment, the team failed to accurately evaluate the actual quality of the items I brought. They dismissed them based on an apparent reluctance to fulfill their duties.Clearly understaffed and overwhelmed, it appears they primarily cater to their regular clientele.I have no intention of returning.

I was looking at a pair of running shoes. I didn’t recognize the brand. I asked the associate standing next to me. Her reply, they are designer and expensive as she looked me up and down. The price doesn’t bother me. What’s the brand? If I would’ve had my phone with me. I would have looked it up myself. I will say the employee with the letters. AC was wonderful she took great care of me. Might I add the need of small clothes and shoes are needed. Size 11 and 12 in lady’s shoes. For god sake some 00 and 1 in pants wouldn’t hurt either. FYI y’all are over priced
