Support staff are rude and the policy for no one under 12 inside the hospital is beyond ridiculous. Administration needs to change this. If you have loved ones that may pass your young ones will not be welcome at all even under those circumstances. Paying to get out of the parking garage was the best $3 I ever spent. Would rate 0 or negative stars if I could.

I had a heart cath yesterday. I can't express my gratitude enough for everything from checking in, to the nurse, my cardiologist and everyone involved. Thank you so much for making my stay so easy.

The person who made my sandwich did not seem to know what was going on. She greeted me, then went to the back, stayed there for a long time, and then started making my sandwich. It seemed like I had to tell her everything twice, then when I payed for my sandwich, she gave me someone else's sandwich. It's bad enough that she did this to me, but when you realize that she is doing this to people who are patients and staff at the hospital, it gets worse. I thought it was a good place because it stayed open late, but it's not. I gave it one star because google won't let me give zero stars. This place might owe me some stars.

I had a heart cath done on friday aug 3 .all the staff from the waiting room host up to dr john and dr surakanti were top notch professionals.! i really felt i was in good hands by caring and hard working people!i will always want to go here for anything in the future!

So why would someone get a job at a restaurant in a hospital and not care about their customers? I just sat in line with my wheelchair bound wife while the lady behind the counter ignored us completely to talk to her friend who came to visit her. And when she did pay attention, she slammed our sandwiches together. Next time, we'll walk to Wendy's.

If i could give this location zero stars, I would. This shop is located in a hospital. The employees that I have encountered have been anywhere from rude to openly hostile. The source of their attitude seems to be my usage of the subway app to order and pay. 1st encounter: I had passed the app around for a couple of my sister's to order lunch. When I went down to pick up I told them my name and they asked what I ordered. I know my name is on the slip but instead of looking at that, I had to go back in the app to tell them what I ordered. Then my sister needed a fork for her salad and instead of giving me one she said there was one in the bag. And she was ugly about it. Well she had a spoon and not a fork. Second encounter: I just wanted a drink as I was coming back in the hospital. I walked up. No one in line. When I told her I just ordered a drink via mobile, she said very meanly "why didn't you just come up here and order it"??? Well, my mom is in the hospital and I shouldnt have to give an account for my valid choice. I will not go back. Too bad OLOL got rid of other food places in favor of this.

I went for a breakfast sandwich! The girl who was there to get the order and to prepare the sandwich had no idea what she was doing! She was new, but the one who was supposed to help her was not even paying attention. And they ruined the entire sandwich!!! For me they seemed little rude towards the customers! I have felt that before!
