Went to the T-Mobile corporate office off College Dr. to get my aunt's phone fixed. Three Persons in the store could not fix it or didn't want to. Came into Sam's on Siegen Lane, the young lady Ashley, took her time to fix the issue with no problem or hesitation.

Ashley & Nikki were so accommodating. I came a few minutes before closing and there was no rushing they were extremely helpful & knowledgeable & they kept a smile on their faces. Can’t find customer service like that nowhere else !
