I was here the other day getting a new phone & Bre & Kendrick helped me out. We were having a lot of issues due to my old provider, but they were very patient and super helpful throughout the entire process. Although I didn’t work with any of the other employees directly, they were all super nice and very helpful to other customers around me as well. Great service, 10/10!

*If you can wait for delivery rather than picking up products here, just DO THAT INSTEAD*We checked out online, so the process should’ve been easier. We selected the trade-in offer and our contract with the other phone company was going to get paid off by our new contract. Pricing and details displayed on my browser. These folks sat in my face and opened a brand new line without tying it to my cell number like I asked. Then, almost a month later, we find out we were never even signed up for that trade in offer and now we have to pay in full for both contracts. The best they could do is offer us a discounted product in addition to our full price line.I go back to the store for a separate product (with no attitude mind you) and all the employees have an attitude because they messed up my other plan and found out about it? I think the negative energy and unprofessionalism made this whole experience not worth it. I would rather live the rest of my life with a paper cut/splinter than go back there and deal with that level of attitude from grown adults at their jobs.

Numerous errors made and wrong information given when new account service was opened over 6 months ago. Several messages left. Still waiting for manager to contact us to correct matters. Very poor customer service at this location.

The girl liyah don't know if spelling is correct but light skin young lady was highly unprofessional teach your people to stay off the phone while they are with customers thanks ?? I will not be going back

Went in person to try and get a 3 phone, iPhone 14 plus, plan, and I’ve been overcharged since September 2022. Never got my two other phones and I am still being overcharge. Went in person about a month later to cancel my two lines that I did not receive and it was never done.

Okay so I went there for 3 lines and 3 iPhone 14 when they say all skin folks ain’t kin folks listen because the guy who tried to help us or that’s what he wants to call it judge my family before we got a price but still got the iPhone 14 plus off the site so his lost long story short don’t judge a book by it’s cover xoxo ?

Service here was absolutely horrible. I went in around 3pm today and the women on shift was rude from the start. After she annoyedly looked up from her phone down to ask what we needed, she was entirely not helpful.

I went there in July 2, 2022 of this year to get service, Jevon who helped me was a disaster, he first started off charging me 70.00 to switch over then he say they could not take their SIM card and put in my phone but was trying to sell me a 211.00 android phone when I said I wanted to keep my phone that work perfectly fine. So, he goes in the back to tell the manager this but that person did not want to do anything. And y'all I held my emotions, tongues, eye rolling not to go unprofessional on them. So, I told Jevon who only been working there since 2022, just started, to try and he curved and tried all he could. Then problem found not them but present carrier to unlock my phone then I can switch over. But in the mean time I am trying hard to get my 70.00 refunded back on my card and he is very much giving me the run around on that matter. So, y'all please make sure everything is on the complete with your present carrier before you switch over to T-mobile and don't let this person help you. They are located on Corporate Blvd this first store. Be aware y'all.
