Went into the store with questions about a cheaper plan Tay the store manager helped me out with switching my plan and helped me set up my Netflix account. She was very pleasant, polite, and knowledgeable.

I went into the Baton Rouge location on Oneal lane and Tay helped me add my six lines and get two new devices and an internet line. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and I’m so excited I decided to switch my families service to T-Mobile !

Brought my husband Howard in to upgrade his phone and Drexel helped us, he gave excellent customer service. He gave us the information we needed on our purchase. Told us everything about the phone. We’ve been to several T-Mobile stores and this was the best store. Very friendly staff members. I’d refer anyone looking for a phone and perfect service to come to this location.

The manager of this store assured me that the total monthly bill would be $176, which prompted me to switch to T-Mobile. However, I am currently being charged $240, and I feel deceived. This manager represents T-MOBILE, and it's clear that I was misled. Every time I visited the store, I received the same false information. I have no intention of recommending T-Mobile to anyone based on my experience.

Trinidys customer service was awesome. I brought my daughter in to get an upgrade as the old phone was having issues. She was knowledgeable and was so much fun to talk to. I highly recommend this store.

Trinidy was AMAZING. Incredibly helpful, knew what she was talking about and I had a great experience there because of her. My phone was giving me problems and I was stressed going in but came out with a smile and what I needed. Shout-out to Trinidy.

Trinity was very pleasant and patient . Very helpful. The manager or marketing manager that was there was not as helpful and he was training her. Maybe she should train him on having a better attitude with customers especially when he does not know the full scope of the situation. Keep up the good work Trinity .
