The guys at the College Drive location in Baton Rouge, Louisiana have the BEST customer service. They are fast and efficient. The second I pulled up I was offered a cold bottle of water which was much needed. They are extremely knowledgeable. We shared a few laugh as they answered all of my silly questions I had about my vehicle. They even checked my tire pressure and put air in them. 5 smoking stars for those guys!!

Passing through the state and did the oil change, in my opinion very fast but quality is not as espected, I went to one of the best oil change but my car did not work good since that oil change, I just went somewhwre else to re-do it

Everyone was great! I went to the location on College Drive. I usually use the Bluebonnet/Perkins Rd. location but went to College Drive because I was in the neighborhood. I wish I would have thought to get all of their names but unfortunately it slipped my mind. They were all friendly and also provided me with information regarding my air filter, which was so dirty! They went the extra mile to make sure I knew what I needed for my car. I’m hopeful that your system will allow you to see who was working on my car that day so you can know that they were all excellent employees!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Very unprofessional business! My 21 yr old daughter goes there regularly for oil changes- Today they charged her $105 dollars for 4.5 quarts of oil and an oil filter for a 2006 Acura TL. I called the manager and he stated that was the normal price of the oil change. Very very disappointed with this location as my entire family uses various Take 5 oil changes in and around New Orleans area!!! Will never go back to this locationService: Oil change

Desi, Dell, Lee and Ken really went above and beyond to provide me with top notch service. As long as I am in Baton Rouge, I’m a loyal customer. Best Take5 Oil experience I have had so far. They all should get raises. I was really in a time crunch to get my son from school and they made sure they got me in and out. They were super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I felt like I got the VIP treatment. They really took care of me and now I’m a repeat customer.

Horrible Experience - Do Not Trust Take 5 Oil Change!I had an absolutely terrible experience with Take 5 Oil Change, and I strongly advise against trusting them with your vehicle. I went to their shop for an oil change two weeks ago, choosing the premium oil option, and paid $100 for the service. Little did I know that this would turn into a nightmare.The very next day, my car was leaking oil profusely onto the ground. Understandably upset, I decided not to risk letting Take 5 make matters worse, so I took my car to a trusted mechanical repair shop. To my dismay, they found that the oil filter was completely CRUSHED, and the male nipple connecting to the filter was DAMAGED! It was evident that the new filter had been overtightened during the oil change. Moreover, the oil plug was not correctly installed, causing the leak.At the repair shop, I had to pay an additional $100 to fix the mess Take 5 had created. When I called Take 5's customer service the next day, they advised me to visit the shop in person to discuss the matter. I did so, showing the employee picture of the damaged oil filter. To my disbelief, he claimed it looked fine to him and they refused to admit any fault.He assured me he would contact his manager and get back to me. However, I never received a call from them. This lack of response and accountability from Take 5 is appalling and unprofessional.My experience with Take 5 Oil Change has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their incompetent service not only caused a lot of headaches but also wasted my time and money. I would strongly caution anyone against using their services. If you care about your car and want it serviced correctly, find a reputable and reliable mechanic elsewhere.Take my advice and avoid Take 5 Oil Change at all costs. Their poor service and refusal to acknowledge their mistakes make them entirely untrustworthy. Donsha was the main employee I interacted with during my last visit, and she was extremely rude. After I declined to donate to the children's fund she replied in a degrading tone, "Really, you're not gonna donate to the kids?" I responded by apologizing and letting her know I am unemployed at the moment. I could brush that off, but when it came time for the bill, I asked for the veteran's discount, which is advertised on the billboard. She then laughed at me derisively and said, "wow, you're cheap." She didn't thank me for my service, or anything like that, she called me cheap.I'll play devil's advocate and say that if I had been driving a 2023 Mercedes, maybe I could have understood Donsha's behavior. But she decided to laugh at me and call me cheap after learning that I'm unemployed and seeing that I drive a 2005 Civic with an oil leak. That's unacceptable behavior.Additionally, I emailed the store's email account about this issue and received no response for two weeks.

worst customer service ever. took my car to get an oil change on Frida and the next morning I woke up I noticed oil was on the ground. took it back to the shop immediately Saturday morning. the guy takes a look and says it probably was old oil because there was oil in there. Wake up Sunday mornin a pool of oil is on the ground check my oil level and there is not a tap of oil in my car. i immediately call the store and ask to speak with the manager who says his name was Joey. I explained to him what was going on he was very nonchalant about the situation but staged that I couldn't make it to them someone would make to me in 40 minutes. Time goes by no one shows up. I try reachMing back out to the store several times and now no one is answering the phone. This could really do some serious damage to my car because now I have to drive to the auto part store and put oil in my own car and make back to them. This is most definitely my last time letting any 5 minute touch my car. Bennys would have never! Now I'm waiting for coporate to call me back Monday.

Initially, I was informed the oil change would cost $99 for synthetic oil. However, upon completion of the service, I was charge $123 before tax, with an explanation that the filter required an additional $23. Unfortunately, this additional charge was not communicated to me beforehand, which left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. Be careful!
