Went in for an oil change, the gentleman with glasses was training his crew mates and he was very nice to them explaining everything and why. This team makes a good team and are very thorough and explained everything to me as a customer. They were very mindful of everything and it was overall a great experience. 5 stars are very well earned!!

The manager Chris gave the tech the wrong oil information to the tech. I corrected Chris and he told the tech in a low voice about the change. The tech was going to the wrong oil. I told Chris that the tech didn't hear him. Chris told me that it was "HIS SHOP" and he knows what he's doing. The tech was about to put the wrong oil into the container and asked Chris one more time for what was the proper oil. Chris then told him again. I said, "didn't I tell you he didn't hear you?" Chris then tried to be extra nice. Chris needs to understand that just because it's "HIS SHOP", he can make a mistake.

Chris is an exceptional employee, this young man was running the store by himself but making sure everything was done right. Even with a customer waiting he was on point! I give him 10*’s!! I will tell my friends and coworkers to come there!!

5w 30 weight oil in my car.. And my car specifically says 5w 20 weightAnd trying to convince me that it's okay .it's not. I will never be going back here.And then they had all my information Incorrect I know I gave my license the very first time I came so they could type in my information...I want and I need corporates number ASAP because if something happens to my car We have a serious problemService: Oil change

The young lady and young man that took care of my oil change at Oneal location were awesome! They were professional and pleasant. Made me feel welcome and well taken care of. They were fast too! Quite a team.

Yana & Trustin (i pray i’m spelling their names correctly), were both super kind & helpful. the customer service & speed of the oil change was honestly worth the extra money i would’ve saved by changing my oil myself. i would definitely recommend them if you need a quick oil change!Service: Oil change

I will not return it because I felt I was Jack out of my money, 112.00 for an oil change I have visited before, and it was not 112.00. Dollars, the young lady who changed my oil was fantastic, but to be charged that type of money is ridiculous

took my wife's car Acura dealer had no appointments available, had to blow horn twice for someone to come out of breakroom, should have realized this was bad idea when the customary bottle of water was not offered, oil Change and filter done also air filter was checked and replaced, after paying and waved out looked at receipt and noticed even though never looked at as was printed on receipt they checked ps fluid, coolant level, transmission level, washer fluid filled, wiper blades ok, windshield cleaned they never looked at those but the lady did put tire guage on all 4 tires all the while telling the other two guys " they don't pay me for that" I get off in 7 minutes, my company has fleet service with take 5 and I will nolonger take personal vehicles or company trucks to that location again on O'Neal lane againBAD ATTITUDE AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE/TRAINING
