I have used Team Collision twice in the past year for repairs after accidents, and their work is fantastic. Unfortunately the last time my car was in the shop, someone stole all of my gift cards out of an envelope in my console. The service tech took a photo when he first got my car, but of course a photo doesn’t show what’s inside an envelope. And of course they aren’t liable for me leaving valuables in the car. But it’s a sinking feeling to get your car back and realize all of the gift cards you’ve been given are gone because you didn’t think they’d be bothered in the console. (The work was being done on the bumper.) So, I recommend Team Collision for repairs, but make sure you get everything of value out before you drop off your car, because it might not be there when you get it back.

Waited nearly four months to get my tailgate replaced. I was told the part was in back order, so I decided to wait. They kept me updated almost every week until the part arrived. Once I got my truck fixed, a couple of things were taken from the cab (worth around $160). I called once I had made sure I had not misplaced missing items. I was told they couldn’t do anything for me.

Car went through vandalism. Team collision saved my paint and what made it even better experience is Mr. Jonathan was very communicative and accommodating.

Worst customer service. Irresponsible people. Would have not chosen this collision center if we had another brand car. Liked Team Honda dealership and owned 4 Honda cars, but it’s time now to seriously consider to get other brand cars because of our very bad experience with this local body shop. I wish there were 0 star for rating and will not recommend anyone to deal with this horrible place

If i could leave no star then i would. Team Collision have had my car for over 2 months now. Every day or week i’m calling them in regards to my car no one is reaching out to me or keeping me updated on my car that they are “working on”. I have been told multiple times oh your car would be ready this day and when the day come “we still waiting on parts” or this that and the third. Like it don’t make any sense why would you tell me a completion date knowing you still waiting on parts. make it make sense! I was told wednesday may 8 my car will be ready friday (may 10) and he would let me know thursday(never received that call) if it won’t be ready friday mind you it’s my birthday(may 10)!!! I reached out because it’s now may 10 and i’m looking to pick up my car or a time to pick it up he so happens to not be at his desk and have to give me a call back! I missed the call because i was away from my phone and get a voicemail left stating that “ He is putting the bumper together. We're not gonna be done with it today I just say that I know we hao a little delay earlier than Day, we didn't have any water, but we got the issue fixed And we just a little bit behind schedule on today But we definitely should have you Finish five on Monday or Tuesday But I'll let you know like for how today go On Monday see how it goes” like whqttt??? Im so confused you telling me my car might not be ready til tuesday now like ??? I feel as if everyone is just being lazy, chilling as if they don’t have a job that need to be done! I don’t think it should be up for debate whether my car going to be ready Monday or Tuesday. When it was supposed to be ready friday i see pushing it back til monday but tuesday ? This is ridiculous! I've have spent over $800 in rental cost on top of what I will owe for my deductible whenever it is ready. I’m so over it seriously please don’t send your car here please !

I cannot recommend Team Collision enough! I was recently rear ended, and brought my car here. I first spoke with Hope and she helped me understand the process. I was able to get my consult within a few days of calling. I met Jonathan during my consult and expressed my concerns to him. He fully addresses all of my concerns and talked me through the next steps. He ordered parts that afternoon, and about a week later I was able to drop my car off to begin having the work completed. I knew the same day that additional parts would be needed. Every step of the way Jonathan kept me updated. He was always upbeat, polite and a pleasure to communicate with. They even detailed the inside and out of my car before I picked up! Although I hope I do not have to visit again anytime soon, I completely recommend Team Collision and would use them again. Thank you for amazing service, Team Collision, especially Hope and Jonathan!!

Beware of choosing this repair shop, especially if you are not the at fault party. This shop will represent the interests of the third-party insurer and cater to the insurance company over you as the owner of the vehicle. I will never use this shop again and would advise extreme caution to anyone considering it.

So far, my vehicle has been in the shop for about a month. I have to call once a week for updates because I’m not being reached out to regarding the completion date. I was told they were waiting on parts 3 times, and that it would be done this past week. I’ve had to spend over $700 in rental costs on top of what I will owe for my deductible once it’s ready. I’ll update this review once I’ve eventually received my vehicle back, I’m hoping the quality of the work is worth the wait and money I’ve sank into waiting this long. I chose this center because of the reviews staying how good the communication was and the timely completion of others’ vehicles but so far I’m just not getting the same experience.

Raves to Team Collision in Baton Rouge Louisiana. Excellent customer service team. My experience with them was amazing because they went above and beyond with updates. Their completion date was on point to the exact day. Very impressive team work going on there. So please with the work done. My RAV4 looked exactly like i just drove it off the Team Toyota Dealership…Thanks you so very Jonathan.I will definitely recommend Team Collision of Baton Rougeto anyone looking for repairs done correctly.Very pleased customer

A wild hog ran into the road and collided into my car in Texas. Although I reside in Texas, I wanted Team Collision to repair my vehicle, as they’ve done great work on my cars years ago. They continued to perform great work now. I was able to work with them to estimate the repairs when I visited Baton Rouge for Halloween and repair the vehicle when I visited Baton Rouge again for Christmas and New Year’s. They ordered the parts between Halloween and Christmas to have them ready for me and installed the parts and repaired my vehicle during my Christmas visit to Baton Rouge. My car looks perfect and clean, just like the day I bought it at Team Honda a few years ago. Their communication was also excellent, as they kept me posted all throughout the process. Thank you to Bryan and the others for great work and flexibility!
