I shopped at the Baton Rouge location for years and am happy to have one in Mandeville. I love the products and the store! On a recent trip to the store an employee, Mahkai, was very informative and super friendly. I will recommend this location to everyone I know.

This review is specifically for Matt at the Baton Rouge location. This guy went beyond the extra mile for me when I had a major issue with a tent. For 4 months we stayed in touch while he worked with the tent company rep to ultimately resolve the issue. Whatever good can be done for Matt…he deserves it!! He displayed the epitome of customer service 😎👍!

I ordered a pair of Hoka Hiking boots from them online. Their service is excellent from prompt shipping and email updates about the shipping status attentively. The item also is new intact.

I got shoes less than 2 weeks ago. And l tried them during hike and walk. They didn't fit , so l want to return them. The manager told me that they ccnot accept it since it is 50 percent discounted item. The day l bought no body told me that, the seller told me l can return for full refund in two weeks and for store credit after 2 weeks.
This is so disrespectful and unacceptable. They fool you to buy discounted item so you cannot return it? Also you are supposed only wear them at your house? How l can try run with shows in my house? This is the first time l bought shoes from them and l would never buy anything from this store such a predatory behavior, fool customers to buy discounted items and don't try it during running or hiking and bring them back for full refund? Never recommend to anyone to buy anything from them!

Christian helped me at the store in Mandeville on Hwy 22, not in Baton Rouge. I ordered and paid for the canopy during lunch, then went to pick it up. Christian met me at the door, asked how he can help me and just did everything perfectly. Whomever taught him did so very well. Very pleasant staff, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. A must visit and so much better than trying to figure it out on your own on the internet. Oh, I bought a Helios Royal Box, perfect for the lakefront in Mandeville on Sunday Memorial Day weekend.

I had made a purchase and never got my 15% off. Emailed them, and the next day they had debit the 15% difference. I was blown away by how fast and I didn’t even have to fight them. I’m so use to companies taking for ever and making up excuses to as why you can get your discount.

Always been thankful for some of the staff members being so helpful. They assisted me putting confusing Thule roof racks on my car when I didn’t even buy it from them, so I ended up buying some clothes anyway. They always have a good selection of some of my favorite brands, especially howler brothers and free fly.
