This place has become filthy, understaffed, and neglectful; the halls, etc. smell like urine, always have nasty garbage scattered throughout, housekeeping is a joke, and, seldom have any staff visible to assist a visitor (especially when a resident needs help with something)! Please reconsider placing a loved one here; I’m so thankful to God, for bringing my Mother into his Kingdom, before we moved her over there, especially into the ‘Memory Care Section!’ Mr. Dunne; please clean this mess up! Our ‘precious, elderly, loved ones’ need a decent place to live, as they get older.

I would describe The Claiborne at Shoe Creek as lively. Every time I walk in the doors there is an excitement in the atmosphere. From chatter among neighbors, to music, to activities there seems to be something for everyone. The staff is always welcoming and ready to assist. It is a little piece of home sweet home in a growing city with good roots.

I visited this place for a potential forever home for my dad. I was greeted by a staff worker named Erika Robinson. (Hope i spelled her name right). She made our whole visit. Very sweet and answered all our questions and concerns. She treats the people as if they were her family. I know my dad will be ok. I will be in contact soon. Thanks for making this easier on us.

They have roaches I will be contacting the state about this place let me start by saying this is the worst facility I have ever been at looks can be deceiving they hire a new nurse every 2 weeks seems like because they run off the hallways smell like urine . The staff members don't watch the clients and the residents have alot of falls . They have bugs in the dining room areas . The staff members sit around playing on their cellphones during the shift and gossip in groups about how they don't like the clients. Please take your family someone else

Best Decision! At our first visit my mom said she felt that she was home. Now that she is living there, the feeling continues. Everyone at The Claiborne is nice, friendly, and welcoming - Directors, medical personnel, support staff, and other residents. So well organized. Her needs are being met and she is happy and safe!

Leslie has gone above and beyond my expectations of getting my parents in the Claiborne. They are looking forward to being there and experiencing all the Claiborne has to offer.

This place is beautiful but don't let that fool you. My dad was in the memory care unit they tell you all the things they do but they didn't do any of it. No house keeping not much assistance with bathing, shaving, dressing and was eating with his hands. I had many meetings with them and nothing changed. He fell several times and was laying on the floor in wet pants. His room was never cleaned the 2 months he was there sheets never changed. Hospice and his sitter took care of his personal hygiene. We took him out after 2 month he would not have made it much longer. They charge you a lot of money and you get nothing

Trading Bitcoin and Forex with a trusted account manager is what can make your dreams come through. For me Mrs Peggy Abbott has the best trading strategies to win. I never believed on any post recommending online trading until I gave a try and the outcome was great for me. Making $17,750 out of $4,000 was a whole lot of profit for me.

Don’t let this place deceive you! If I could give it 0 stars I would. Let’s start with the supplies, one box of gloves for several staff members and when you run out you have to use kitchen gloves, no antibacterial soap to wash hands with or no paper towels, no snacks for the residents, old dirty lemon water left out for days that the residents drink, some nights there is only one CNA in the whole building with no nurse , meds not being passed but signed out in MAR book, no communication amongst staff, a lot of them not friendly and do things to spite each other. One particular dietary staff member denies and refuses things the residents ask for or complains that they drink over 3 pots of coffee!! The residents deserve better care, staff members have to limit time for care tasks due to the heavy work load of cleaning, cleaning out and wiping a fridge, laundry and housekeeping chores to be done on top of making rounds every 2 hours , answering the pendant calls, and charting, then having to get some of them up( even hospice people) so early in the morning to sit in a dining room for 2 and a half hours before breakfast with nothing to eat or drink. The place is unsanitary and dirty, we are always having to ask for disinfectant cleaners, to clean with. They need a housekeeper that can clean and disinfect everyday, there is no housekeeper in the MC unit , it is overwhelming to the Aids to try and keep up with all that and focus on the resident care. Resident care seems to come last here.If the place was managed right they would have staff, most of the staff is agency , they treat the staff poorly and can’t keep anyone!Think twice about putting your loved one in here, it’s like a wolf in sheep’s clothing!!!

Leslie Denino provided an excellent tour and in-depth overview of what the Claiborne has to offer its tenants. Our family was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, its friendly staff and the ability to customize a wide range of services to fit each individual's needs.

My late brother was only at The Claiborne for a week before he passed, but he was very happy with his living arrangements and how pleasant and easy to work with the staff was. My SIL is there and she appears to be well taken care of. I love all the activities for the residents. I can’t imagine a better place for anyone who can no longer live on their own for whatever the reason.

My mom requires assisted living which is quite unnerving. Having prayed a lot we set about trying to locate a facility that we could trust. Leslie, Goldie, Mrs. Cara and Mrs. Stacy alleviated all of our concerns but more specifically showed us what an assisted living facility should be like. All of our anxiety and fears were crushed when we saw how awesome the staff is. I visited a number of facilities before settling on the Claiborne. They are an answer to our prayers and for the first time in a long time we finally have peace knowing that my mom is being taken care of. I can’t say enough about the staff and their sincere care for the residents. Truly blessed that the Lord put them in our path. Definitely trustworthy, honest and caring folks associated with this retirement center. They treat everyone with the respect and care that only a family member can provide. We love you guys and appreciate everything that you all do for us and our mom.
