Best gumbo! The Founders salad was also excellent. The filet and dirty rice was fantastic. I don't recommend the wagyu though. It was cooked perfectly, but was a little tougher than Wagyu should be. The service was excellent as were the drinks.

Great food and absolutely excellent service. Highly recommend the boudin and duck tenderloins.Dietary restrictions: They were excellent in providing detailed help to avoid a shellfish allergy.
