I went to buy Christmas ornaments. Bought two and they were kinda fancy but reasonably priced considering. I'm not kinda fancy but the employees and the owner treated me like I was Santa. Really, really nice people. Great selection of carefully chosen items. Highly recommended !!!

Went in for a redo of business cards. Gave the associate all of the changes. When I received the changes the next day via email there were mistakes of things I wanted changed. I emailed the new changes again. And did not hear from anyone. I phoned two days later and asked if they received my changes. I was told by the person on the phone yes. They received the changes. And that they were very busy. !! She was very curt and acted like I was bothering her. Needless to say. I never heard back from anyone via telephone or email. I will be taking my business elsewhere

Fabulous customer service...the owner, Andi, has beautiful taste, and suggestions for invitations or gifts! I did both my daughters' wedding invitations with them and they were perfect. Highly recommend this lovely shop for stationery, gifts and beautiful home decorating treasures!

This has been an awful experience for my daughter’s wedding. The invitations are late; we paid for inside envelopes that we specifically said we did not want; the girls that work there don’t realty know what is going on; the ribbon didn’t come. Today when the envelopes were to be picked up, they said that they needed payment which would have been fine, if I had know so that I could have sent a check. I live 8 hours away! I would NEVER use this place. I was so excited when we found it, but I have never been so disappointed! My daughter was treated rudely and no one was offering a solution. All we heard was “I don’t know.” Very unprofessional!

The Keeping Room did an excellent job with all of our custom print needs! Our initial design meeting was 1:1 with Andi, who walked us through the entire process for creating invitations and showed us hundreds of examples to help us figure out what we liked. We also worked with the design team for napkins, koozies, cups, and even Mardi Gras beads! After our initial in-person meeting, everything after was done through email, which was great for a busy bride! Definitely look forward to working with them in the future!

On a beautiful Saturday afternoon, I tried to shop at this quaint boutique. The hours of operation are posted on the door as 12-5 on Saturday. However, the clerk at the counter flagged toward me saying that they were closed. It was 3:12. I will not return.

Today was my first time walking in The Keeping Room, and I must say my over all experience was descent. My reason for going was because of my favorite pens “Le Pens” they were sold out at hobby lobby so I tried this place. I was a little discouraged because when I firsted walked in the store there was a lady looking at me up and down, giving me a face like “why is she in this store”. I love stationary things but it just felt like my presence in the store was really awkward and uncomfortable for them. I might go back to see what else they have but really I’m not sure.

Fantastic selection of stationary, custom invitations and gifts. Amanda and her staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and go out of their way to make each order perfect. They have done custom birth announcements and birthday party invitations for me and they all look amazing! I drive from New Orleans to get my custom invites done at The Keeping Room!
