This is the outfit that helped me send important documents overseas a couple of years ago. It was a job well done. And today I visited, asking about sending something else overseas, and although I didn't end up doing so due to the cost, the gentleman who assisted me was so VERY kind and professional. He did print a label for me for my package, gave me a special bag in which to put the item, and sold me a larger padded envelope for the bagged item. Definitely the place to go in Baton Rouge if you need items sent and appropriately packaged!

This place is sooooo much better than post offices and UPS. I work right next door to UPS but I drive just a couple of minutes to come here because of how friendly everyone is. I will be using them for all of my post office needs instead of the other post office options. The man who helped me was so friendly and helpful and had a smile the whole time he assisted. They greeted everyone and my mailing needs were completed quickly, efficiently, happily, easily, and hassle free!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

Picked up and packed my microscope beautifully, double boxed with bubbles in between. Air bags and paper inside filled the spaces. Very pleasant to deal with. Shipped ‘delicate’ it made it all the way to Michigan with no issues. Thanks!

I love an opportunity to brag on an outstanding local company. The Mail Bag on Jefferson is my go-to for business and personal shipping. I had a van full of boxes yesterday to ship across the country and I was in and out of there in less than ten minutes! Louis and his team are all so helpful, whether it's with unloading a full car, recommending shipping options, or just a friendly face in the busy holiday season.

I went by today to mail a package. I had inadvertently put an envelope in the Box that I needed to give to a friend. It would have been a nightmare to get that letter back- more than likely it would have been thrown away. The young woman called me from the mailbag and said she found the letter when she was packing the box and that I could pick it up at my convienence tomorrow. I was SO THANKFUL that mailbag has wonderful personal Service. Again thank you very much.
