I arrived to pick up a prepaid purchase but when the lady came out, instead of bringing it to my car up came a hand telling me to come get it from the dock because she did not want to walk down the steps. I was not aware that this was the procedure. Quite unusual and terrible service,

They are okay but to high on there price. I get the same thing Home Depot cheaper.
