So food and drinks are good if not a bit pricey. Our big issue is the atmosphere, the music is a bit mismatched and they actually dont follow dress code. Several ppl were in jeans. Wife and I felt over dressed. We expect a 1920s speak easy not mom's basement featuring a cures playlist loudly playing.

Waited over 30 min for the instructions after placing a reservation and never received them. We spent the day getting clothes that fit the dress code, getting ready and then checking in. We were ready 15 min before our reservations, waited and watched as 5:30, 5:45, and 6:00 passed with no response. Pass this place up if you’re looking for a good experience.

There are better experiences in BR for the price. Service was mediocre and drinks were overpriced. Tables were dirty and we had a hard time finding seating for our party, even though the place was pretty empty. Gratuity may even be included, we’re having a hard time reconciling our receipts with what we ordered. The $15 cover makes it that much more unappealing.

This place is a whole vibe and we loved it. We will definitely be back. The drinks where so good. We didn't eat the food because we ate at the Kingfish grill upstairs. It was amazing. The whole experience was awesome.

Booked a reservation for me and my wife’s anniversary, Im still waiting to receive the text. Reservation was scheduled for 6pm. I asked the front counter and the bartender about my reservation and they both stated that I will receive a text with instructions. 12 hours later…..still nothing. Communication was not there.

No signage explaining the drink prices left with a big surprise, but no itemized receipt given means I tipped twice after not being informed that gratuity was already included.
Honestly a great atmosphere and the band (2 Domestic 1 Import) was incredible, but the whole experience left a very sour taste in my mouth.

My partner and I participated in the Harry Potter night at the tunnel, as this was also our first time there and our anniversary weekend. As someone who enjoys speakeasies and is a fellow bartender I was hoping for a way better experience. It was pricey and lack luster. We maybe spent 60$ for a single cocktail and the choose 3 for $35 app that wasn’t even worth it, plus the fee we paid online for our “reservation” where you’re not even guaranteed a place to sit. The drink I had was good but nothing special. I would’ve liked if they had taken time to curate a unique cocktail list instead of pulling from traditional drinks. It would’ve added a bit more individuality to their brand.
For me, I feel like the hidden aspect of the tunnel was also missed. As we got a text with a code and instructions with no actual mystery. You walk down the stairs behind the bookcase and greeted by the host who checks you in, and again, I’m a huge fan of speakeasy’s and the host is normally there to paint an image of what you’re about to step into and that wasn’t the case. The “tunnel” portion of the bar is a huge miss for me and lost opportunity to be a bit more interactive and engaging than what it was, in reality it was just an empty hallway. And yes I know there’s meant to be clues hidden around but I feel like there should be more to it. I definitely could’ve gotten the same experience from any other bar and didn’t bother to stay for the entire hour and a half as there felt no purpose to. On a positive note the lounge area was furnished beautifully and the drink I had was good. I don’t think I’ll be back unless there’s major creative changes made.

I went to the tunnel with some friends for Halloween it was such an unpleasant experience since we got there till we left. We waited 30 min for the valet to be late to our reservations. Then waited another 30 for them to not even use the text system for valet. The worker was rude and kept complaining they had to find my car. We used half our reservation time waiting for drinks. There are tons of better options downtown with better service. Don’t use the valet, skip the dead lobby, the front desk help won’t help you. Good luck.

Its a great spot really interesting and drink are nice, however you must close out your tab. The bartender gave himself a very generous tip. Althought i told him im ok with the 21% charge that typical bars charge for not closing your tab.
He gave himself self a 55% tip. And i had my bank alert me. After calling them about it. They said they would get back to me but they stopped answering my call.

This was super dope vibe with great drinks and great snacks. The reason that I cannot give them a five star review is that I don’t think their policies around how much things cost were clear.

Unique, fun, true speakeasy experience I suggest everyone try!
Our service was top-notch. The bartender was knowledgeable and approachable. The cocktails were 5 stars.
The business was clean and welcoming with a 1920s-1930s vibe.
The bummers of the night were that while down in The Tunnel we did not have a cell phone signal and the reservation only lasted 2 hours. The Tunnel was fun and we could have spent several more hours down there having an upscale, grand time.

Taylor and the rest of the staff have really nailed the speakeasy theme. The drinks are good and the service is excellent! I would love to see the clues brought back on a more regular basis, they really elevated the overall experience and kept us there longer.
