Do not recommend!! The manager is very rude! I went to wash a load of clothes, the door states the last load can start at 8pm, I got there before 8 and the manager very rudely said last load is at 8, I told her its not 8, and she said I don't care, last load is at 8 and I'm the manager you can't wash no clothes. I then asked if she knew of another one close by cuz I'm not from here and she was rude again.

Great place! Clean, all machines working, including the change machines. Very convenient to the place I was staying. Only small issue is that I was planning on going the night before and decided to wait until the next morning. The website says they are open until 10 PM and yet they are only open until 9 PM. This would have been a big problem for me if I decided to go the night before

Very rude management lady got mad I put my clothes on 59 mins because she wanted to leave early and I had a king size blanket in the dryer. I’m a paying customer I should be allowed to let my clothes dry throughly.

I visited the laundromat right after Thanksgiving. We had little cousins that spent several nights and pretty much every blanket and comforter in the house was used. I didn’t want to overload my house w/d, so ran to this laundromat. Ms. Soney immediately came out to assist me and my 8 loads of bedding! She held the door, assisted with locating better machines and load efficiency, in addition to helping me fold it all! She was a post-Thanksgiving blessing I didn’t know I needed. She made a mundane laundry trip into a pleasant, quick turnaround.

First timer and truly a fast, clean and great experience! I was able to tackle 4 loads at once and finished in a record time of 1:20! Alicia was super nice. I will be back with comforters and sheets in tow!

This laundromat near LSU is exceptionally clean and well-managed. The entire process was smooth and efficient, with well-functioning machines that left our two king-size comforters spotless. However, what truly made the experience stand out was Mrs. Sony’s outstanding service. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to answer any questions we had, ensuring everything was seamless and stress-free. It’s rare to encounter such personalized care—her professionalism and warmth made all the difference.

Mrs Soney Excellent customer service, cleanest laundromat in Baton Rouge. Today while she was deck brushing the floor in front of the bill changer, she witnessed me put in a$20 bill and I only received $15 in change. I frequent this laundromat quite often and usually get change which amounts to a $10 and 2 $5 bills. Today it spit out 3 $5 bills, she called her mgr immediately and got it situated. Thank you Mrs Soney

Tigerland Washateria was awesome. The place was very nice, clean, and affordable. Ms.Soney provided great customer service and she even brought customers pizza.
