We initially felt awkward going into a baby store to get Ricky the rain frog (Jellycat plush), but the owner conversed with us and I found a fellow Boston terrier lover. While I wasn’t shopping for a kid today, I found the store to be cute and well laid out. “Have had really great experiences here! They’re so knowledgeable about strollers and baby gear in general, literally answered every question I had (and ones I didn’t know I had!) I am always able to browse around on my own without being pestered but I’m always greeted and offered help when I need it. They also have the absolute cutest selection of “Louisiana” themed baby items, I love shopping here for gifts. Awesome place.”
“I've drove from Chalmette twice once that was my fault and even after trying to cancel my order due to it being so far I arrived 15 mins before close and had an amazing experience with customer service! I had an issue with the game attempted to handle it in Chalmette the man literally told me he couldn't help me I jad to drive back to BR, whatever arrived and when I say that for as long as my children have interest in video games I will make the drive from Chalmette to deal with this particular store. I wish I had got their names when I say the BEST customer service I mean that!”
