Easy to reserve online; when my equipment wasn’t available the day of the reservation at the small retailer I chose, UHaul automatically moved the reservation to the closest location and notified me; a rep on the phone helped me go over possible closer options and changes in equipment rentals; the overnight drop off at our final UHaul location was seamless. Truly a blessing!

Tamara was the customer service person to help me. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get me what I needed. She kept her word when she said, I'll call you back, give me five minutes. That ment a lot to me. Kudos to Tamara. Thanks for BEING SO AWESOME!!!

The truck was very clean however it drove really bad. It bounced almost uncontrollably. I'm a commercial driver and I know when a vehicle is not quite right. I did report it to the associate and he said he'd document my report. Whether he did or not, I'm unsure but for the safety of others I am now. I love this location access. They are great associates. Very kind and helpful each occurrence I've been there just need to make sure the equipment is in better driving conditions.

Don't go here. I wouldn't even give them 1 star. We booked a truck, but they completely messed up our reservation and told us there was no truck available. They were totally unhelpful. Avoid UHaul and find another service—don’t waste your time!

Experience was good she explained everything very well. With good explanation I was able to understand clearly and leave the U-Haul in the condition requested. Only thing that could be improved is the professionalism at this location , once everything started to go through and we moved further into the process with processing card info and signing the clerks attitude improved and she gave much needed info. Her attitude wasn’t nasty but just seemed as if she didn’t want to be there AT FIRST, once we started moving along her attitude improved .

Every time I've reserved a U-haul here they tell me last minute that they don't have the equipment available even though I scheduled it 3 weeks in advance. There's no point in scheduling a reservation if they just aren't going to have it. I'm never using this place again.

Just called in today 5/31 around 10 am CST to ask a few questions about my reservation due to a family member will be picking the trailer up for me and I wanted to know how payment can be made due to the I had my card on file. The lady started yelling on the call like she was having a bad day or something. This will be the last time I will use this location. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, EXTREMELY RUDE, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! JUST KNOW WHOEVER THAT LADY WAS IM DEFINITELY REPORTING YOU!

The truck I was rented was so raggedy it barely picked up speed and kept pulling and jerking. I literally brought the truck back 10-20 minutes after renting it and was charged $84.49 wow really!!! I didn’t even have it long to be charged so much!!! Never again at this location
