When I called ahead to confirm my reservation, the guy was friendly on the phone and told me everything would be set up for Saturday and that my reservation was confirmed. Come Saturday and the rental was not assigned and I couldn’t get the lockbox code. I then had to waste a bunch of time on hold with U-Haul support for them to finally find a truck I could use at another location.

Showed up and the store was closed and nobody answered the phone. Fifteen minutes later some men in the parking lot told us the man with the key was on the way. Accessories we ordered and paid for were not included. The man was very friendly when he finally showed up.

We reserved a truck online and came in early to pick it up. The ladies were super friendly that helped us get it. The truck was ready to go on time. And the return process was super easy. Just had to turn in the keys. We would use this one again if we need a uhaul again!
