Credit card machines don't work; employees manually key your credit card information into their system.

The day I went in to pick up the truck, all employees were very nice and helpful. They weren’t aware that it had been a long moving day for me and good customer service was just what I needed. They gave me suggestions on moving items and made small talk while I checked out. The store was organized and clean. I had a much needed pleasant experience at this location and would definitely recommend family and friends.

My experience at this location was amazing! Mr. Kevin Heltz Sr. was so nice and helpful. We were able to get our reservation quickly and the drop-off was also efficient. I will certainly be using this location again whenever I need to rent a truck.

Great customer service. I used the website to reserve my rental and when I got to the U-Haul place, the manager, who was working the desk, confirmed my reservation. It was quick and easy and the manager was a super nice guy. The guy who checked me in once I returned the truck was also great. The whole experience was a positive one.

Horrible experience waited three hours for a reservation that was made in advance. Went to another site as instructed to do by customer service representative, just to find that I can’t get a truck there because the place was closed then went back to the original reservation location the truck I ordered was still not in yet. Called customer service and they finally agreed to allow me to use a truck that was on that lot. Horrrible experience very horrible. I feel as if the entire experience should have been free of charge! I was still charged as if I didn’t go through anything. I made it to this location at 830am for reservations that was scheduled at 9am I didn’t get a U-Haul until 1230pm. This is by far one of the worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul

The owner, Kevin is the star of this operation. He reserved the trailer I needed and helped get it hooked up to my truck. Even though I thought I needed it for a few hours, he made sure the reservation was for a day. Sure enough I needed the trailer over night and I returned right at 10:30 the next morning. What insight! The man knows his business. I have bought moving supplies here and have referred friends and neighbors here. Will patronize his business when I need moving resources. Recommend others do the same.

Tried to have a hitch installed at pep boys and even though they told me they would do it, after I got all the parts and showed up, they refused because it was too difficult and kept giving me the runaround. I made the appt with uhaul on florida and it was a smooth and seamless process. They were super friendly, got me hooked up in 2 hours, and it cost less than I expected! Definitely recommend them!
