This has to be the most incompetent experience of my life and the lady that works there is just as incompetent as the company. I’ll never ever deal with or recommend anyone to ever use any uhaul location all because of her . I called into customer service to request a truck to move my moms home after her passing. This lady reassured me a thousand times because I kept asking a thousand times will my card be charged ? Because it wasn’t the card I wanted to use . My card gets charged before I even brought the truck back (which was a lie) and the amounts were completely different than what we discussed on the phone . My mileage was outrageous. They told me that every extra mile was $.50…I was charged $1.09… almost $200 more dollars than I expected to pay … she tells me my amount was a total of $289… and to my unlikely surprise, I was charged a total of $349. To some that may not seem like a lot but it’s the fact that I was lied to. I called this lady many times to assure my card wouldn’t be charged and it still was charged . After I paid my balance , she started to reject my calls when I called about the charges and completely ignored me . This is the reason why so many good people end up in bad situations because of people like her . I’ll let my mom and God take care of her and her incompetence … I’ll never spend my money with this company again. They turned a stressful situation into an even more horrible situation.

Seems like answering their phone isn’t part of their business model. Called a dozen times and left messages between 9am-12pm on a Monday. Never heard back. I guess the owner goes to church seven days a week.

Scheduled a reservation for 10am, only to find out that they don't open until 12. I came anyway and the dealer is the pastor of a church giving a sermon. So I'm patient and I come back when they are done. They direct me to the app and phone number, and then leave me there alone outside. Of course, the code doesn't work and I can't get in touch with them. 2 1/2 hours after my reservation, I still have no truck. NOT COOL.

Mrs. Angela was extremely helpful. She had everything ready when i arrived and helped me get familiar with my trailer. She even hooked the trailer up for me! I wouldn't go anywhere else to pickup!
