If this manager has not been recognized as exceptional, it is certainly well past due. I love this place! Very clean and well maintained. The employee who assigned me was very kind and helpful with getting me a U-Haul. I would definitely recommend this location and service to anyone who is looking for a good price, especially quality and overall experience.

The gentleman in the office was top of the line in customer service. Super nice guy, knows his stuff, was very patient with my issues, and helped me solve my problem. If I need a rental again, this location will be my "go to."

A few weeks ago, we rented a 20' vehicle with a car hauler. We were running slightly behind schedule and got there a little after closing time. However, Kevin at the front desk was very understanding and accommodating. He quickly processed our paperwork and was very thorough in explaining the terms. As an added bonus, Kevin parked the vehicle to ensure easy access onto Perkins.The only thing that would be considered a negative/inconvenience was that the car hauler's brake and turn signal lights wouldn't work. Thankfully, U-haul sent a technician to our house (free of charge) and changed the relay while we continued to load the truck. Overall, it was a pleasant and affordable option for our recent move - would definitely recommend to friends and family.

My son and daughter-in-law were to pick up a truck using the self service method. It was booked in person. After multiple emails between them and the coordinator, the location was handed by the coordinator 4 times. It was finally decided it would be at this location, and that the key would be left in truck, with a combo lock protecting it. The combo lock is in place, however, the combo provided does not work. There is not anyone available to assist, which is resulting in massive delays and fristration before they move from Louisiana to Virginia.

Trailer was dirty and tires in poor condition. I was quoted the wrong rate and they did not honor the quoted price. I will choose a different location if I ever do business with Uhaul again. They did hook up the trailer to my vehicle. Other than that service was very poor.
