A bunch of lazy liars. They say they attempted delivery but no attempt was ever made. Now package is being returned to sender because of the lack of honesty and effort from UPS.

Drivers are lazy , I watched the driver drive through my complex & not stop . I had a very important package that needed to be signed for so I was at home all day waiting. I didn’t realize a knock or even the pink notice they usually put on the door . Hire people who want to do there job & not be lazy because now I have to wait until Monday

I do not recommend anything being shipped UPS through the Baton Rogue area, two weeks and two damaged packages at this location. They do not handle packages correctly.

Whenever I go here they make it simple. Will box and tape, label and print a receipt then your done.

I wish I could give 10 negative stars. This UPS / Trip Pak center sucks...not worth a hill of beans. They have lost my package don't have a clue where it is nor have any info on if it was shipped from location. I have copy of shipping label plus receipt but they can't say what's going on. Now I can't get anyone on phone. To heck with their non-service. NEVER AGAIN!!!

UPS lost my package. Finally found my package and now it is 2 days late. Was given the new delivery date and time this morning between 10:45am - 12:45am.Now that has changed yet again to sometime before 7pm. This company is so inconsistent in their customer service it's a wonder anyone even uses them anymore. Even FedEx has better customer retention and service than UPS.I get better service through a government agency USPS than I do from UPS who has 10x the work force than USPS. They really need to get their stuff together and need way better quality control that is currently in place.

I've tried calling several times today and was on hold until the line hung up. My package shows delivered, however my tracker shows it's still somewhere else. All I want to do is actually talk with someone at the BR DC. No virtual, No website visit, an actual person. My package is something very important for my daughter and UPS has it set where you can't speak with anyone about anything. We're all busy, but when companies won't talk with customers, there is not much of a value or service behind company. Why does it have to be this way? Is it too much to ask to have a conversation? What every happened to Customer Service? Happy to change my review but not until I can speak with someone about my shipment.

UPS's Young lady there today was polite, efficient and professional. After waiting in line, in and out in 5 minutes.
