This UPS store charges $2 for a very small amount of tape even though shipping was paid for in advance. Nickel and diming your customers is a good way to steer them to a different location. The lady in front of me was rude to them and they didn’t charge her. Maybe I should have done the same. Poor service.

Is it normal to lock the door to customers before close? By that, I mean over 10 minutes before close. I was let in and assisted with a simple drop off, which I am glad for, but locking the door before close is clearly not professional or welcoming.

My favorite UPS store in BR! The location is super convenient for me and I get easily in and out and the staff is always so helpful and friendly.

Don't come here for amazon returns. Everyone is standing there having social hour meanwhile you're having to do their job for them in the form of a wonky self serve scan/bag process. Takes much longer than the usual process at every other location and is a major hassle if you have multiple returns. It screams lazy and is asking for return issues.

Makes you pay $2 for taping a tiny part of the box for an Amazon return. According to them, I needed 1 inch of tape. The other UPS stores don't do this. I couldn't return this Amazon item at this location because they wanted me to buy their tape. I had to drive to the other UPS store and they accepted my Amazon return without any issues or wanting me to buy tape. Why is this location operating differently for their UPS customers?
