Lauren packed a cherished set of family china dishes that were sent to Denver. My sister could not have been more pleased! Each piece carefully, neatly, expertly, individually wrapped and arrived safely, in a timely manner.
The entire staff at this location are attentive, polite, efficient. Retail, especially at a mailing business, is challenging, as is dealing with impatient customers. But this staff gets it done. Only UPS Store I frequent now. Thank y’all!

UPS on Siegen has the rudest male employee. He has gray hair and may be the manager. I had an Amazon return to process and I wasn't familiar with how to email the store label. He didn't walk me through how to do it, and started helping customers behind me. Thankfully a female employee had just checked in and showed me how to complete my return. I would go to another UPS location before dealing with him. Kudos to the female employee who helped me She deserves a promotion.
I can see by your response that you are indeed an angry bitter person. I know how to use my email on my phone. I was not familiar the process of using the store's email from my Amazon return. Yes, it is YOUR job to assist customers with their Amazon returns. Maybe you should get a job where you aren't in direct customer contact. As I see with several other posts you seem to be rude in nature.

Very poor help the older white male was really rude and discriminated a friend of mine who is Latin because she doesn’t speak English he refused to notarize her paper work

I had 5 curtains to return to Amazon and none of them had any kind of barcode or serial number or even any description. It is so cumbersome to return to Amazon anymore due to lack of definitive identification of the product to match to the receipt. The nicest ladies were in this UPS store. Rose helped me very patiently and never got frustrated or made me feel rushed as we tried to get these items scanned to return. She was diligent to help me scan and match each item. I cannot say enough to thank Rose and her coworker- who was helping all the other customers in the mean time! Rose had a great attitude and deserves recognition!
