The people who run this store went over and beyond to what I had expected when trying to get a large set of vintage China packaged and sent. The owner was so very kind and helpful in making this happen. Thank you , the receiving party was thrilled to receive it and was amazed at the care that had been taken to pack it

If you can go to the UPS store that is just a few miles down the road on the corner of Perkins and Highland you will have a five star experience! At our house we have a roll of transparent packing tape that we use to seal up Amazon returns and to place over the Amazon return label. My husband forgot to do that on an 8.5 x 12 inch envelope and asked the Seigen/Perkins site to help him out. He got treated like he was trying to rob the store. It was probably 12 inches of tape, at max he needed. So I did a test today. I had a thin box that needed to be sealed at the end and a 4 inch strip that needed to be placed over the address label. I brought my tape but wanted to see if the Highland/Perkins store would do that for me. Absolutely no problem! It took me 30 to 45 seconds to have them take my package, give me a return receipt and assure me it would be returned safely. In the future we will strive to properly seal our returns ourselves. But it’s nice to know that the Highland/Perkins UPS site wants to be friendly and grow their customer base. Use the Highland/Perkins location and you too can have a five star experience.

I thought I would share an experience, I arrived in this Store and an elderly woman was trying to mail a 8.5 x 11 envelope that they wanted to charge her over $10. Evidently, she has mailed the exact thing on a frequent basis and told them it was usually $6 they relented. I thought it was cute that she knew her facts. Then it was my turn, I was returning a package to Crutchfield and had my email from them with the barcode for the return label. I was told that I needed to print the email. I asked if they could print it for me, they said sure for a fee. Ok, how much? $3.50 to print one page????? I was shocked.....amazed.....then just pissed......this is not customer service, it is totally price gouging!!!! I will never give this Shop any business, and I really do not think they care!!!!Update to Response: Actually you are false....you where trying to charge her for a package instead of envelop. I just want people to know what to expect when doing business with this establishment. I don't think comparing your unreasonable charges to actually buying a printer is realistic and I believe people will see that. In closing, I went to the Mail Bag on Jefferson Highway and they had no problem printing the label which took about 30 seconds and laughed that someone would actually try and charge a customer!!!! -30-

Save your money and go to the UPS down the street. The customer service is infinitely better. The two older customer reps are tired and angry because they haven’t retired. Go to Jefferson Highway.

They lost my package, will not refund the value of items they lost and when I blamed them for their incompetence they refused to help me in any way.Response to your incorrect response:Incorrect. I shipped it through your store, was told that the insurance was for if it was broken. As it was cloth and leather it would not be broken. Your staff took my box to the back without being sealed or labeled. When I came in to ship the replacement and I questioned the handling of the 1st package you and your staff refused to help me. Maybe provide adequate information and service to your customers and retain lifelong customers. Additionally, when a customer is trying to find a lost package and UPS says see the store and the store says see UPS then perhaps offer more than a nonchalant response of not caring.

They like to have you standing waiting on nothing for 15+ minutes just to yell you they can't help or do anything. Trashy, unorganized, and they can care less about customer service. I would go anywhere but hereUpon reading further reviews of how terrible this place is I see the owner trying to troll and gaslight their customers. Even better !

Incompetent workers, who’s boss is a rude, ignorant, old man that has a temper tantrum if you ask any type of question. It’s sad really. I refuse to waste my time for further detail due to the multiple 1 star reviews that talk for me. Though, I must note, it’s weird how all (but ONLY ONE) of the 5 star reviews are white and majority of the 1 star reviews are black. In all, would say very unprofessional.

I left this store in tears because of how rude Loren McDaniel, the owner, and his presumed wife (the little old lady working there with white hair). I went to try and ship a box and they destroyed my box and quoted me $277 more than FedEx on Bluebonnet did. I have never been treated in such a hateful way by adults.

Loren McDaniel was so terrible rude to my daughter and myself. Plus we were able to ship our box from FedEx at Perkins Rowe for $227 dollars CHEAPER!!! Buyer BEWARE.Please read their rude responses by the owner to any negative reviews of this store. When people show you who they really are-believe it!!

Staff was generally unfriendly and unhelpful. I’m a regular UPS customer, but my experience at this location did not keep up with their standards.

Things seem to be on the “ups” for this store. It was busy at three. If you are doing an amazon return, make sure you have your label printed. For them To print a label for your package, small packages included, it costs three dollars and fitty men, I mean cents (RIP Cotton Hill).If you’re like me and ponder whether you should get a card for whatever occasion, and last minute you decide to, swing on in here and purchase one of these goofy cards.
