I highly recommend this UPS store in Baton Rouge over others - I drive 15 minutes out of my way to come here instead of the one right by my house due to the cleanliness, quickness, and kindness from the employees

Exceptional Service at UPS Store on Highland Rd

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the UPS Store at 17732 Highland Rd, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Suite G, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of remarkable. You don’t take the person behind you (who just walked in) and take care of them, when I’m standing at the counter, ready to have my small package mailed (after waiting my turn), because his Amazon return will be quick. Nope ?? Not cool. And honestly, he should have said, “she was here before me.” I usually go to another UPS store so will skip this one in the future.

Use this store! Do not use the location that is near the intersection of Seigen and Perkins in the Winn-Dixie shopping location! The Seigen/Perkins location treated my husband like he was trying to rob the place. He couldn’t find our roll of transparent tape we keep at the house so asked the Seigen/Perkins location to seal an 8.5 x 12 inch envelope and to place some tape over the return label. He was berated in front of customers for this transgression. Save the embarrassment and go a few miles down Perkins to where it hits Highland. I went to the Highland/Perkins location today and decided to do a test. I had my transparent tape in the car but asked the nice folks at the Highland/Perkins site to seal up a the end of a very thin box and place transparent tape over the return label. I had no issue with this request and it took from 30 to 45 seconds to drop off my package and get a return receipt assuring me my package will get back to Amazon. We will continue to use the transparent tape we have at our house to properly seal up our returns. But ii’s nice to know that the Highland/Perkins sight wants to grow their customer base by happily helping out customers who need a bit of tape to seal the deal!

Gone are the days of good workers that bring heavy packages to your porch at least. My heavy packages were left in my driveway. And of course they transferred me 3 x and still couldn't talk to anyone. I have them on camera. Guess I'll do what I need to do.

I had purchased an item from Goodwill that was pickup only and I am in Louisiana. I had a pretty hard time figuring out the logistics until I called this store. I worked with the manager (Zack) to get everything packaged and shipped, and all I can say is wow! Top notch all the way! A+ service! I wish I could get this level of service with everything, truly a pleasant experience working with Zack.Keep up the great work Zack! And thanks again for everything!

I ordered online abs it defaulted to later in the day than I wanted so I called the store (it was a teeny order). The gentleman that answered was very nice and accommodating and told me he'd get it done with the quickness. So anyway, I went and picked it up and it was perfect. This place rocks

I used UPS to overnight a work package from LA to NV and I was charged $80.94. The package was late due to UPS's inadequacy ( not weather) and they refuse to refund my money because of COVID. I am beyond disappointed and I will be using another company moving forward.
