Tracked a package and saw the mail van drive away from my mailbox, went and checked, it was not delivered! Asked all of my surrounding neighbors, that I have known for years I might add, none had the package. Almost 200.00 worth of things not delivered to my mailbox nor any of my neighbors!!! I will be going there tomorrow and speak to the postmaster about this issue!

The clerk at Scotlandville's post office (Lynn) has the worst attitude imaginable. I cannot believe they allow her to keep her job; however, the supervisor (Darlan) is just as bad, I had a simple problem that could have been solved in minutes they made it into a major issue. And that stupid sign that’s on the wall “about they want us to have 100% customer service is a big joke”!

Horrible customer service! I called about my package that was marked as delivered by them to a parcel locker at my apartment complex and it in fact was never delivered at all! While speaking to the lady on the phone she hung up on my face and had a disgusting attitude! The worst postal service.

FRIDAY, July 21, 2023:Tracking status on website states package was delivered in or at the mailbox, yet I didn’t receive the package.After contacting customer service, branch supervisor called, claiming the package was delivered. I explained to her the package wouldn’t have been able to fit in the mailbox, & nothing was at any door or around the house.Supervisor called me back, saying she had the mail carrier w/her. He said he didn’t put the package in the mailbox nor by a door, but by the garage. I told him & the supervisor I didn’t have a garage. The mail carrier then said he wasn’t sure where he placed the package.So they lied, marking the package as being delivered ‘in/at the mailbox’, then claims it was placed by a garage (that doesn’t exist)…ridiculous!UPDATE, MONDAY, July 24, 2023:My husband was outside when the mailman arrived, & handed him the package that he & his supervisor lied about, saying it was delivered the previous Friday
