When I asked for help correctly addressing an international letter, the clerk literally stared at me silently for a few seconds before stating that she knew nothing about sending anything internationally and that nobody would unless they were familiar with sending international letters (which I thought USPS should have been). She then said she couldn't even provide me with the global forever stamp required to send a letter internationally unless I had the correct address format already done.

This office was supposed to open at 9 am. Waited til 9:40 and eventually just left. No one came to notify anyone. Good luck getting your packages of they end up here.

The worst Post Office in BRHave 3 workers but only atend 1 each time,so the lane come out of the place.It lack good will,they are not happy working here but its not our fault.its so hot,have no AC,only fan for them and you almost pass out.

On a Friday afternoon near 3pm I had about 20 padded envelops to send. The staff were super helpful and very friendly as they made short work of getting them shipped. Great visit!

I order online quite often and usually almost always have to return something for not fitting properly etc. I come i with my return code already pulled up ready to be scanned and all the clerk has to do is print it and put it on the bag of returning items and im out of the door. So why do i get such attitude and spoken to so rudely by Ms.Tonya for the not even 5mins im there? firstly im never greeted when i walk up to the counter secondly after she prints my return code she never says anything to let me know im good to go so i stand there in confusion and she aggressively says "thats it." and so i just walk away no "have a good day" "thanj you, your good to go" or anything. Shes definitely not cut out for customer service.

Went here to open a P.O. Box I reserved online. The people working at the counter were friendly and helpful, and moved the line through quickly. No issues with the box- got my keys and left in less than 10 minutes. Glad I chose this location for my P.O. Box.

Worst ever. They open at 9 but didn't open until 912 then spent 12 looking for 1 package. I was second in line and I walked out at 931 as they never returned with a line of 8 people waiting. I have gotten better service at the Dollar Tree this business needs a clean up the customer service is at a negative

Walked in at 3:30 and they were closed. I was told that they were on their lunch break. I’ve always gotten along with the ladies that work behind the counter, but like any post office here in BR, I will always feel that I’m walking on eggshells when doing business with them. The wait time is about average.
