We went into Verizon on seigen ln in Baton Rouge… Jason was the guy who helped us.. he was very snobbish & non interactive. He wasn’t friendly at all.. he spoke to us the whole time in an not so inside voice.. at one point I wondered why was he talking so loudly.. he didn’t smile not once.. if he didn’t want to work today he should’ve stayed in bed sick with a nasty attitude

The customer service was awful and mean . I went to activate my service because I was changing cell phone providers and the men because I don't even know his name was very rude and when I ask questions he dismissed them and answered like I was supposed to know the answer already . We go to the store to ask abd because we don't know . I think that the world is already bad and then this type of rudeness shouldn't be accepted. Sad and very stressful. First day being a Verizon customer and already regretting it.

I refuse to go to this location!
It’s a shame that the authorized dealers are better at their job and customer service than the corporate store! I should have know better. They are RUDE EVERY SINGLE TIME. I’ve been a Verizon customer for 11 years, have three iPhones, an ipad, and Apple Watch all with service. One of my phones were stolen. I pulled out an old iPhone X but needed a SIM card. I ordered it online for instore pick up. Got there, got the push notification, accepted it. The locker with my FREE SIM card would not open. I asked for assistance with the locker, and the representative refused to assist me with my request. I had my LA wallet, and accepted the push notification. She refused to give me to FREE SIM CARD, I needed to reactivate a phone on the line that was stolen.
After being so rude, I asked her if I needed to go somewhere else, and she said of course, that was fine too. Try ATT.
RUDE, un professional, and definitely not appreciative of over a decade of business. I will only go college drive to the authorized retailer now.
The white lady with the 1980s big hair do, and if the old big white bald man is still there( Jason), they need a lesson in customer services, I’m not the one.
I’ll take my $500 per month to Cox and get a new iPhone on them. Or switch to ATT like she suggested where I already have internet and cable.
I’m just taken back with how unhelpful and rude they are. You give these people your money for 12 years. You’re just a number. Maybe because it’s Sunday? If you wanna worship the lord on Sunday instead of being at work, maybe get a job a chick fil a . Although they probably won’t hire you with your lack of customer service skills, and nasty attitude.
And I read these reviews and I see other customers complaining about representatives by name for the exact same issue and Verizon comments on the post saying that they take these matters seriously and that they will escalate customers concerns but yet people like Jason have still been there employed for the past several years Which is why I should’ve known better and not gone there in the first place it’s why I stopped going to that location two years ago .

I will NEVER go back to the Verizon on Siegen , the sales reps were horrible and rude Jason was my sale person and didn’t help me out when I realized I was being overcharged , the bald headed guy Ryan was rude and no help I should have went to the one on College , was helped out within 5 min vs Siegen lane and didn’t care about the issues I was having because they took my money already do not spend your money there

If I could give them zero stars I would!! Wife and I traded in our I phone 12’s during the promotion to receive “free” I phone 15’s. They took our I phone 12’s then canceled our trade in. Our bill was estimated at $170/mo and now it’s $240/mo because they canceled our trade in, losing out on the $832 credits per line. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. They took both our I phones and we did NOT receive any type of credit. Unbelievable, truly…. After speaking with a Verizon customer service rep she stated that our credits were successfully applied. Well that was last month and VERIZON decided to cancel our trade in credits again.

Got a random call saying two phones were ordered on my Verizon account (which is linked to my phone number so not very intelligent). They wanted me to authorize the purchase and I asked what the name of the account was, gave the name of Jennifer something, I told them that’s not me, they then tell me some address in Michigan. I informed them I am very clearly not the correct person to attempt this scam on and hung up.

Would not get service with Verizon.
I went to this store to pick up my NEW phone & they denied giving it to me because they said they needed to scan my ID keep in mind I told him I had just got off from work 6a-6p the store closes at 7 so I had to rush to get there all while the phone I have is hanging on my a piece of thread. He told me needed to scan the barcode, I provided him with my ID on LA wallet with the barcode being shown that he can most definitely scan and he just didn’t want to. So I asked him to cancel the whole entire order because now you’ve irritated me bc I can’t get it delivered to my house bc I’m not home during the day & it would require a signature I can’t pick it up bc I get off at 6p and yall close at 7p I barely made it today I had to literally RUSH there…. But NEVER again. I hate that store and the workers because customer satisfaction should be yall main priority at all times & it obviously isn’t. Please do not get service with Verizon or go to their store on Seign lane they are so unprofessional! - TRINITY DUNNAWAY!
