Today I stopped in this store to see if they could replace my phone screen protector, as mine had cracked. The representatives were all friendly and helped me right away. The guy that helped me was very kind and went above and beyond. He even told me that I wasn’t signed up for the student discount (which I was completely unaware of) and that I needed to sign up for it so that I could save on my monthly bill! As a newbie to the area, the representatives also recommended some things to see and do on top of fixing my phone screen. I felt very welcomed and their customer service was wonderful! Thank you!

I've tried a lot of phone carriers, but Verizon has proven, beyond a shadow of any doubt, that they are the BEST phone carrier this side of heaven, I don't get dropped calls, my bill is reasonable and the customer service will help you with any problems you may encounter... try them and see all the benefits of having a phone company you can depend on

Verizon was the carrier I used as a teenager. My parents got me my first cellphone, which was as heavy as a house phone and sturdy too. Verizon, as a company, is too big and has lost the personal touch these days. However, the manager and associates here helped me get my service switched back, got my old number from mint. We talked to call centers all over the world. I don't work for Verizon, but I feel like I did the last 2 days ?. People in call centers in the Philippines, saying their manager can't talk cause their busy. The men at this store helped me diligently. I appreciate all their help. I'm giving Verizon another shot after being with mint, t-mobile, att, and more ? they work to keep my business this time. But I'm grateful for the help this location has provided to me so far ??

Super disappointed, not sure where the customer service went.Went into the store to upgrade and add a line. As soon as I walked into the store representatives were sitting down and yelling at us for our information from across the room instead of getting up and greeting us.The representative we were “working”with was very arrogant and rude which made us change our mind about upgrading and adding a line at this store. Super disappointed not gonna go to this store for any transaction other than paying my bill as it on the way to work.

Take you through a lot...gave me a business programmed phone instead of regular iphone my daughter purchased for me...called customer service they told my daughter they would put in a note and I could go exchange the phone, got there and alot of what they couldn't do was said. I had to drive back home to get my daughter...she had to take off work (work from home) and we went back before that I had her driver's license, sales receipt and everything the first time I went and called her on the phone...They exchanged when we went back.

Jason was able to get my number transfer processed in less than 30 minutes after online customer support put the transfer request under the wrong number. Highly recommend this location

So unhelpful , purchased a phone & wasn’t no HELP activating the phone ! Not friendly , GO TO OTHER VERIZON , don’t go here !

While Verizon still has the better network thier idea of customer service has definitely fallen to last place.The store is nice but they appear to have limited to no capability to do anything at all.

The tech at this store helped me get my unlocked phone activated in less than 10 minutes; phone support couldn't get that accomplished in the 90 minutes I spent on the phone with him. Really appreciative of his expertise and friendliness. I didn't see his name in store, but my receipt said Celestain. Glad he was there to help.
