This Verizon store provides excellent and knowledgeable customer service, making everything easy to understand and resolving issues in a short time. The team is great, very fast, and efficient without making customers feel rushed. Staff are very helpful in setting up new phones and transferring service, even for items not available through Verizon. The experience is very good, with only a little wait, leading customers to prefer this location for all cellular needs.
