Stores 09860 this has to be the worse Walgreens pharmacy. No one seen to have no customer service skills. I came in to get my husband meds they said they wasn’t ready to come back at 12pm I come back they tell me they don’t have any info on him. I said you just told me to come back you were working on it. Then they say I have the wrong come to find out they still putting in the wrong info waited 30 min at the DT. No apology sorry for the Inconvenience or anything still don’t give me all my meds get out go in same excuse again I said ma’am I just lft out the DT then she says oh it will be ready at 4pm. I’m going back on Government st will NEVER come to this pharmacy again. I didn’t even want to give 1 star because they deserve none. All the lil young girl is worried about going on break and no one seem to know where the manager is?

I put in my refill request on July 14, 2022 and was told medication out of stock and would be ordered, it’s now July 21, 2022 still no medication it normally takes 1-2 days to get in medication. I think they never ordered my refill. I had my doctor office send a medication refill in to CVS and had them refill it, smh

I have gotten prescriptions filled here multiple time. They NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!! THE WORST WALGREENS TO HAVE TO CALL AND CHECK ON PRESCRIPTIONS. YOULL NEVER GET YOUR MEDS WAITING O. THEM TO ANSWER THE PHONE

if i could give a negative i would. I attempted to call this location multiple times and was placed on hold each time. For the length of time i waited i could have drove to the store. To wait on hold for over an hour to speak to someone in pharmacy is absolutely ridiculous!!!

Worse Walgreens !!!! Literally never have medicine in stock , attitudes are nasty , medicine was sent in at 7 am went to pick up around 6 was told to come back came back another staff member stated it wont be ready until 2 the NEXT day , staff is just very lazy !!!

The lady at the window in the pharmacy has a very nasty attitude! Doesn’t even greet you or apologize for stepping a waiting then recalls incorrect information and constantly raises her voice with a distasteful tone. You would think since she works in a field with costumer services she’d have better manners but doesn’t seem to acquire any at all. This type of behavior makes the company look horrible.

I booked a vaccine appointment for my child, but when I got there, they said they wouldn’t have stock for a few days! They shouldn’t accept appointments if they don’t have stock, and they should call if they run out!On another occasion, I booked a COVID test, but when I got there, the store and drive through were closed for a deep cleaning, and no one could tell me when they would open back up.This store is an awful waste of time!

The pharmacy staff have no sense of direction and no plan. I showed up 10-15 minutes early for my Vaccination, it’s 4:30 and I still have not received my Vaccination. It took them 10-15 minutes just to even give me the paper work. Sometimes when I would get my medicine I would have a call saying that it was ready and it still wouldn’t be ready. The pharmacy staff have no sense of direction, no plan, no work ethic! My meds were called in by the hospital before my discharge. 6 hours after my discharge, no call from Walgreens to say they are ready, no one will answer the phone, you are placed on hold for over an hour. First you get a message saying there are 3 callers ahead of uou, then two, then one, then we are sorry our staff is answering other calls please hold on and we will be with you shortly. Terrible service, it's incredible that if you don't have a car they can't test you for Covid... They send you an email saying that if you don't have a car to call and they never answer the phone... They made me walk there with my children to tell me that he couldn't perform the test on me, how barbaric...

UPDATED: they left me on hold so long (22 plus minutes), the line cut out. I called BACK and spoke with someone in the store and "the best they could do" was transfer me back. According to the associate I spoke with, they weren't busy. The manageratated she would walk to the pharmacy and hand over the phone. To my "surprise" THEY HUNG UP ON MEIf I could give zero or negative stars, I would. Currently trying to speak to the pharmacy and I've been tossed around on hold for 16 minutes and counting. Someone keeps picking up and immediately placing me back on hold. No "so sorry for the hold, please keep holding" nothing. No acknowledgement from anyone that they are unable to answer. I can hear someone mutter something every time they answer to place me back on hold. This is absolutely horrendous customer service. I get pharmacies tend to stay extremely busy and staffing issues happen. However, if you are so slammed or so extremely short staffed, then another sales rep should be answering calls and atleast assuring people that someone will answer their call. Clearly from previous reviews this is a HORRIBLE pharmacy. Walgreens by far has always been the most atrocious pharmacy to deal with. If the manager of this location cannot properly staff their store, then corporate needs to be contacted for assistance. Absolutely disgusted at the lack of customer service and general interaction. Once again, in my time of writing this, someone else picked up the phone, muttered what sounded like "nope" and put me back on hold. I just keep being re-routed through ringing and horrible hold music. Get it together Walgreens. Jesus Christ.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to in my life. Staff dosnt answer the phone, so I went there in person to ask the status of my prescription and they were denying phone calls infront of me, even when they weren't busy. They seem to not care about the customers, and give a lot of attitude over basic questions.There constantly messing around in the back like a bunch of teenagers and seem to be very clueless about their job. To give you a prespective, I trust the local drug dealers in the area more than this pharmacy.

Pharmacy drive thru is slow. The associates never pick up the phone to say anything, not even one second please, or we will be right with you. Customer service is garbage. I've been in retail for 28 yrs, and acknowledgement is key.
