Very bad experience. I made an appointment for my sister, who is disabled with a traumatic brain injury and confined to a wheelchair, to have vaccinations for Covid, RSV, and flu. We got to the Walgreen's Perkins pharmacy and told the person at the desk that we had an appointment (and we were on time to it) and she waved us off to stand in line. There were only three of us waiting for a vaccinations. An HOUR later, we were still waiting and my sister was getting pretty agitated and impatient. One person had gotten his vaccinations. Finally, the other person who was there was called up. Since she didn't have an appointment, she let us go head of her (bless her). The room in which they give the vaccines is about twice the size of a phone booth and, under the circumstances, I needed to be in the room with my sister. Go to the Walgreen's on Highland or anywhere else.

I've been on a particular med for 4 months among others being bipolar 1 with extreme anxiety. I see my doctor who is a licensed psychiatrist and neurologist with 30 years experience.The pharmacist refused to fill the ambien because she thought I took too much meds, which is normal for a bipolar 1 diagnosis. I've been on it 4 months and they've even filled it!!This is the med that allows me to sleep. When bipolar patients don't sleep it spirals into manic state. They've been filling it and suddenly this pharmacist thinks she knows better then a doctor who is a psychiatrist and neurologist?The pharmacist today was going to fill it but by canceling it, yesterday's and the 3 refills are purged from the system and he can't reach my doctor. Do NOT use Walgreens. It's not the first problem I've had with them but it is the worst.

I spent over 2 hours in the photo dept creating a family photo album for my brother after our dad has passed and was told it would be ready by noon the next day (giving them plenty of time) when I went a 3:30 the next day I was told it had not even been printed and they needed 3 hours to complete it. So it was not going to be ready for my last meeting with my brother he left to go back to Colorado NEVER AGAIN WILL I TRUST THEM

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They always have problems filling my medicine. Their signature move is to tell me that my prescription is being filled and when I get there they don't have it. At least let me know and don't be rude about it. The customer service is the worst.

I understand and appreciate that every business is experiencing hardship in the COVID era that we're still living in. However, I take issue with the lack of empathy and simple human decency that this pharmacy has. My mother's doctor sent a prescription to this location that her doctor said she needed to start that day. The app showed a delay and noted "no action necessary". They never reached out to her via phone or follow-up message. When my mom called to see what was causing the delay, the only issue was that it wasn't covered and was expensive. She went to pick up the prescription and was not offered an apology. She respectfully expressed her concerns again and showed them the message from the app. One of the pharmacy staff members told her "Ma'am, we filled 1500 prescriptions today. We can't call each patient about their prescription." That is the last prescription they will ever fill for someone with our last name. It showed a total lack of respect and caring for their patients. Outside of that interaction, I've had a few negative interactions with the pharmacy staff at this location as well with getting prescriptions transferred to them. There's a good amount of mom and pop pharmacies around town that I would highly suggest utilizing as opposed to this particular Walgreens.

This store needs improvement on their sense of urgency, customer service and knowledge of the services they offer. I order curve side very often, only to have to either wait more than the advertised 30 minutes or come inside to pick up my own order as I am told I have to come in. I always have to call the store to check on my order, only to be put on hold, hung up on and transferred multiple times.Today, I placed a delivery order at 4pm. I called store. I was transferred 3 times. I reached the right person only to be hung up on. I called back. I am told there is no order. I advise previous person pulled it up and transferred me to you. The young lady finds it finally and tells me they are putting order together now and I can come pick it up. I tell her it's a delivery and she advised I must pick it up as they do not deliver. After explaining a couple of times, the service is offered on their website and I paid a fee for delivery. Upon coaching of someone in the background, the employee finally tells me Doordash will deliver it.. I finally get my order 3 hours later. May have never gotten it, if I did not call.If Walgreens wants customers, you need to provide better service.

Pharmacy had very terrible customer service skills over the phone talk to you with a bad attitude if you don't want the job quit an find another one I advise everyone to never go there people are sick and don't deserve more stress on top of stress. Management needs to start caring about who they hire an listen to the phone recordings it's terrible.

I’m being generous with one star only because I can’t put zero stars. I’m in the pharmacy drive thru now and have been waiting for my 79 year old mother’s prescription for over 20 minutes that should have been ready since yesterday. This is EVERY time! They do not care and if I ran my business this way, I’d be out of business, and they should be as well. Unbelievable. The workers don’t speak well and it appears that they hate their jobs and they hate you for being a customer there.

Falsely advertises sales. Had to fight with the cashier to change the price advertised IN THE STORE. Cashier was rude and refused to take a walgreens coupon

If I could give less??!They are rude and hang up on you at the drive thru multiple times and claim they didn't hear you when they already said"hello". They screw up and you pay the price. Don't trust this location. They send emails that say when your prescription will be ready and then say they can't fill it when you get there. They offered for ME to call my doctor to get him to call them and then I can wait in line again for the correct prescription. Not OK, just use someone else.

Last month the pharmacist messed up a schedule 2 prescription and then she lectured me about how important her job was! THIS MONTH THEY FUCKING LOST MY PRESCRIPTION! I think the fucking pharmacist is taking people's meds...

This Walgreen's used to be managed very well; not anymore.Not sure what has happened this past year but they don't answer the phone. Called 5 times, waited on hold over 5 minutes each time, disconnected 5 times before anyone picked up. Just trying to ask a question. I can tell the pharmacy staff work hard and are very organized but a couple of the staff have been rude and obviously refuse to answer the phone now. Also, the voicemail has been changed completely for the worse. Now it is poorly organized and a huge waste of valuable time.

Service is poor. Customer service must not be important to the staff in pharmacy. The staff does not acknowledge a person standing at the window. I had to say excuse me after waiting for almost 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge my presence. One of the attendants was more focused on filling the bins with medications instead of assisting me, the custoomer.

This place used to be better. One employee at 6 pm on Sunday, long line of customers waiting, printer with barely enough ink and a manager who does not know what to do while the employee's main interest is flirting with pretty girls.Completely incompotent staff!Stay like that and you will place first ahead of the Essen Lane's branch in incompetency and rudness.
