Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They always say my prescription will be ready tomorrow just for them to cancel it and not notify me of that, so I get there and have to wait longer. This happens every single month. Homeless people outside begging for money. Ridiculously slow. Not friendly at all. Get put on hold just for them to hang up after 5 minutes of waiting. This will happen with consecutive calls. Avoid this place.

The manager, Prince, and employees, Cole & Autumn, need to find another job other than dealing with the public. They treated me as if I bothered them because I came into the store to purchased items, that they get paid to handle for customers. I am at a lost for words on how that store is being managed by someone just as unprofessional as the workers.

Worst customer service and rude manager, too. I called 1 day before to confirm my order, and they promesse that it would be ready the next day by 11 am. I went to the pharmacy at 8:00 PM, and they just forgot to fill out the order. Now they are telling me that they can't guarantee that I will get the order by the next day for the late hours. Also, they are offering a generic medication that I will take as I need. I don't recommend this pharmacy.

walgreens pharmacy tech worker (70’s costume on halloween) i couldn’t see her name tag to name her or else i would, has a very nasty and disgusting attitude towards customers . came through drive thru to pick up prescription and she never once looked my way to acknowledge me, just start spitting out questions. horrible experience all around. made me come inside to pick up order bc they apparently don’t take apple pay through the window. that’s not the problem, the attitude behind it was. she’s needs to fix that or either not be interacting with customers directly.

I've tried to get through to the pharmacy on the phone for 35 minutes so far. This is my second attempt. Its literally a loop that will never end.
I hate Walgreens and moved my business elsewhere in 2007. I'm dealing with them on a worker's comp claim for an employee. Walgreens delivers the absolute worst customer experience. If you can, move your RXs elsewhere. You will be amazed to learn what it is like to get medicine from a pharmacy that knows the concept of CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Update: Finally, a person answered the phone! Guess what, they can't take the CC info "from this portal". I'm literally trying to hand them $ and they won't take it!!

I have seen panhandlers get aggressive toward people if they don’t get money. I had to stop a guy from accosting a woman with her baby. Not a safe place to be.

Needed some sort of skin ointment to relieve intense irritation that was keeping my from sleep. Drove to this location because google search indicates it is open 24hrs a day. But when I tried to enter store found that the automatic door was closed. When I indicated to the person inside that I wanted in, they refused to open the door. Thiswas really really disappointing! I am not from Baton Rouge, and it was past midnight in a strange to me area. There was 3 people right outside the store entrance just setting against the store. One got up and asked for money. Then as I walked to car another asked for money for cigarettes. I didn't stop until I was back inside my car

This pharmacy at Walgreens is subpar. They’ll tell you your script will be ready for pickup in 1 1/2 hours…and guess what isn’t ready when you get there…your script.
