I purchased an item that was marked 10% off and was charged full price. When I tried to find out how to remedy the situation by phone, I could not get any intelligeable info. I really think the individual helping me was trying to help one of her co-workers get his purchase paid for at my expense!

Don’t believe the signs on the door nor the website, they apparently close at 9:45 not the listed 10pm on sundays, because doors were locked and the guy inside just looked at me and gave the “we closed” signal

This has always been a great pharmacy, until they got the new male pharmacist (not sure his name, but never seen him before, overheard him telling someone he’s from Atlanta) now it’s a joke! DO NOT FILL HERE!!!

Incompetent as all hell. You get told one thing over the phone and another in person. I've been given the WRONG prescription twice now and the last time I went in after calling to make sure they had my script available, i was told it would be an hour and a half. I get there, the one polite woman working was dealing with me and the gaggle of little girls leaning up against the medicine shelve doing nothing started mocking me saying things like "she didnt call us.. we ain't never say an hour and a half"..horrible. Just called again today to check to see if they had a script in stock. Last week I was told they didn't and to check back friday. This time I was told they have no way of knowing if it's in stock or not so SOMEONE is lying. I was spoken over when all I was trying to explain was that last week I was told one thing and now I'm being told, "uhh, I don't know.. call your doctor.." pathetic and incompetent as hell. Save yours3lf and go somewhere else. Unless you like being micked/made fun of right to your face, this is absolutely the place for you.

The women in the pharmacy including the pharmacist are rude and don’t show compassion for the patients. I know their job sucks but they really show it.

I had an appointment for flu shot. Arrived 10 minutes earlier, they couldn’t find my appointment. I waited for 45 minutes and the one of the lady in Pharmacy told me to come later as they can not do it at that time. The pharmacy staff is very rude. When I went later for the flu shot, they said that we can not do it as they are busy. One of the lady at the counter started yelling at me. The staff is were rude and does not have professional etiquettes. The google reviews for the pharmacy at this location are very bad but I guess the management is ignoring it.

Horrible customer service in the pharmacy department. I tried four different times to pick up my prescription and each time I was told to come back and each time I did I was told they “didn’t have it anymore.” Do no recommend at all.

The pharmacy staff is very rude. We had appointments for vaccinations. They were running more than 45 minutes late. When we asked how much longer, we were told we could leave. We will find somewhere else for our vaccinations. I want to give a 1 star but I am unable to choose only 1 star. If you are unable to respect appointment times, then why have them.

I strolled into Walgreens with the hope of cashing in a reward that I had received through my work. Alas, the cashier's explanation regarding the intricacies of the promotion left much to be desired, leaving me feeling rather dissatisfied with the service. A touch of comprehension and a crystal-clear explanation could undoubtedly elevate this particular establishment to new heights of excellence.
