The women in the pharmacy including the pharmacist are rude and don’t show compassion for the patients. I know their job sucks but they really show it.

I had an appointment for flu shot. Arrived 10 minutes earlier, they couldn’t find my appointment. I waited for 45 minutes and the one of the lady in Pharmacy told me to come later as they can not do it at that time. The pharmacy staff is very rude. When I went later for the flu shot, they said that we can not do it as they are busy. One of the lady at the counter started yelling at me. The staff is were rude and does not have professional etiquettes. The google reviews for the pharmacy at this location are very bad but I guess the management is ignoring it.

Horrible customer service in the pharmacy department. I tried four different times to pick up my prescription and each time I was told to come back and each time I did I was told they “didn’t have it anymore.” Do no recommend at all.

The pharmacy staff is very rude. We had appointments for vaccinations. They were running more than 45 minutes late. When we asked how much longer, we were told we could leave. We will find somewhere else for our vaccinations. I want to give a 1 star but I am unable to choose only 1 star. If you are unable to respect appointment times, then why have them.

I strolled into Walgreens with the hope of cashing in a reward that I had received through my work. Alas, the cashier's explanation regarding the intricacies of the promotion left much to be desired, leaving me feeling rather dissatisfied with the service. A touch of comprehension and a crystal-clear explanation could undoubtedly elevate this particular establishment to new heights of excellence.

Scheduled appointment for COVID 19 vaccine met with total indifference. Not sure what the normal operations here looks like so I'm trying to be fair BUT TBH the whole pharmacy was operating at a snails pace. Arrived 5 minutes late for the appoint (WITH A PHONE CALL TO LET THEM KNOW I WAS IN TRAFFIC BUT EN ROUTE). Arrived and spent 10 minutes in line, behind only 2 customers, ✅ in, the tech couldn't find my appointment so I showed her confirmation and continued to wait. At the 25 minute past appointment time mark I inquire about remaining wait and pharmacy tech/cashier cannot provide ETA for service. If it weren't for the fact that this was one of the ONLY places in town that even carries the 2nd dose (and I have to have it for nursing school) I would have without fail left.One bright point was pharmacist was pleasant and the shot was painless. I daresay I won't rush back to this Walgreens though.

Arrived to pick up online order, only to find out that the card machine is broken. Please call your customers beforehand if there's an issue with their order! !

We used this Walgreens to get our testing done for a trip we were taking. These tests have to be done with a certain amount of hours before you embark or get on a flight. Twice we made appointments for the testing, and twice when we showed up for our email confirmed appointment, they were closed because of no pharmacist. If you are not going to be open during those times, do not give them as options for appointments, or message to let the customer know that their appointment will need to be delayed or rescheduled.

I ordered 380 business cards on Friday 4/22/22. When I went to pick them up the following day, the quality was very poor and they had not been cut straight. I told the photo lady (SHIFT MANAGER JENNIFER) that they would have to be printed and re-cut, as I am not handing out unprofessional business cards. She was EXTREMELY rude and basically just kept blaming the machine. Even though some of the cards were okay, but most were not. I literally could not believe she spoke to a customer the way she spoke to me, as if it was my fault the business cards were bad quality. She told me I would have to replace the order, which I did on 4/23/22. When I went to pick up the order on 4/24/22, once again SHIFT MANAGER JENNIFER handed me an order - to which only FOURTY (40) of 380 cards were printed of only one type (two designs were ordered). She told me that she did not have time to do the remaining cards and straight up told me that she was not going to process another order and if that I ordered them again, she was just going to straight up NOT perform the order. No calls or emails were received to let me know that they were NOT going to be fulfilling the order. She kept telling me to order from another store, but there is NO OTHER STORE IN BATON ROUGE that came up when I needed these cards by Wednesday 4/27 because I will be going to a networking conference. I am now in a position where I will not have my business cards ready in time for my trip. JENNIFER is the worst employee/manager that I have ever come across in ANY business. I was completely flabbergasted that she would not fulfil an order simply because she did not want to. Walgreen's Corporate was no help.

Horrible service in the pharmacy. They don't care about the customers, they are very rude and slow.I will be changing all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy.
