Received terrible service…made appointment for Covid vaccine and arrived 8 minutes early and waited for 30 minutes and left with no conversation from the staff as to why they were running late

Been going here for 3 years despite the slow service and rude attitude of the staff. It was annoying but I tolerate it because it was close to my house. Finally we had an issue with the insurance, which required explaining the problem to them in detail. The pharmacy staff were unwilling to even listen to the issue, and totally uncooperative. Throughout the interaction their attitude was patronizing and rude.I’m done with this place, and I would recommend no one else waste their time here. Read the other reviews—this is not an isolated problem.

Zero stars for the pharmacy at the Perkins Road Walgreen. Unacceptable service, fails to protect PHI. Save yourself time and get your vaccines somewhere else.

The WORST pharmacy I have ever been to. I have spent three hours this week alone on the phone with them trying to medications with multiple refills left filled. I’ve never come across a group of people that worked I. The medical field who cared so little about the wellness of others.

Really comical. 10am on a Wednesday and they just had nobody at the register. I sat patiently for 5 minutes. Finally spoke up to a lady 10 feet away who was clearly within view of the register and she came and checked me out. You didn't see the line of people? It's the apathy that kills me. Management needs to be flushed and replaced.

This location deserves zero stars. Always, always a rude attitude at the pharmacy. I have never called in and had them be nice and helpful.My son put in his refill over two weeks ago and they are still telling him it’s back ordered. I called and was rudely told they can’t control that and I need to contact his doctor to ask for something different. It’s a mental health medication and they don’t just change medication willy nilly just because the pharmacy can’t keep enough in stock. This is the second month he has had to deal with running out of meds and had to deal with nasty attitudes about it from the pharmacy staff. They really should be fired if they can’t communicate in a professional fashion when costumers are trying to sort out what’s going on. This location is terrible, just terrible. They treat these college students like garbage, then when the parents have to get involved get even nastier. I’m getting ready to report this location to corporate and find out what other reporting options there are. Enough is enough with this place.

I called in this morning to request a refill of my medications and the pharmacy tech picked up the phone and hung three times. I called back the four time and she finally said hello I requested my refills she told me that it would take “a couple hours”. I asked if it could be ready bin an hour, with a very nasty and rude tone, she said NO IT CAN NOT! Then immediately hung up the phone. I will be changing my prescriptions to another pharmacy!!!!

Rude behavior I was told that my prescription would be ready by 5 PM. The following day. I arrive today at 9 AM only to be told that my prescription is that even in inventory, and never came. There was no accountability that I was given the wrong information which would save me a or allowed me to notify my doctor to send my prescription to another pharmacy. Instead, I was met with rudeness from both the technician with an awful wig and bad skin, and the pharmacist with an Eastern European accent. No accountability.This is Walgreens on Perkins. This was extremely frustrating and disgusting behavior for the employee. This was unacceptable and disciplinary action should take place.

Last week I dropped off a prescription (on paper) for a new medication for my son. When I went back to get it they had no record of it and couldn't find the prescription slip. When I couldn't remember the exact day I brought in the prescription or the name of the technician who was on duty at the time, the pharmacy staff acted like it was my fault the prescription was lost. I didn't memorize the details of the drop off because I didn't expect them to lose the prescription.They were not apologetic at all and acted like I was putting them out. When I call the doctor to get the prescription reissued I'll be taking it to a different pharmacy.I give them 2 stars because the rest of the store is fine and photo is very fast. I do think the the pharmacy is understaffed (like the rest of the world.)

I went to Walgreens on Perkins to fill a prescription for my mother right after her surgery. One of the employees at the pharmacy tells me that they don’t have the medicine because of “inventory control” and no other Walgreens would have the medicine because all of them are doing inventory control. I call another Walgreens located on Lee to see if they could fill the prescription and they could. So, this employee lied to me, while my mothers was in pain and needed this medicine, she lied for reasons unknown. This was extremely frustrating and disgusting behavior for the employee. This was unacceptable and disciplinary action should take place.

I've never seen a more incompetent group.. they are unbelievably slow and cannot do the most basic tasks like taking my written prescription from me and filling them later.. took me 25 min just to drop off a prescription.
