I had to get some pain meds, so I went in early and found the pharmacy didn't open till 9am. I asked if I could leave rx so it'd be ready when I came back, and was told, they couldn't do it.
I finally got back about 3 and was told it shouldn't take long it was slow.
I asked clerk if I could use restroom and was told there wasn't one, that even they weren't allowed to use it.
So, I asked to speak with manager and of course, she was out to lunch or such.
I checked on my rx 45mins later only to find it hadn't yet been filled.
Finally I get to talk with manager whom let me know that they didn't have to let any one use it, and that's all there was to it.
I informed her as a Uber Driver, I used to count on Walgreens to take my break and such so she let's me know, they're all different and that it was totally her decision.
I asked her where she suggested I geaux and she has no suggestions.
I informed her, that I was on meds, had been waiting on my meds an hour and might not make it to the door, without having an accident.
She then announced to me, that she didn't like my attitude and didn't need all the extra.
When my meds were finally ready, they couldn't seem to locate them. This went on about 10 mins before they got them.
As I was leaving I saw these vitamins that were on clearance so I picked up like half a dozen different supplements, cause I figured I'd use them and at that price, itd be a crime not to.
Of course, when I get home and look at my receipt 3/5 weren't clearance but full price. So, I guess my headache with Walgreens isn't over. I pray they refund money as on receipt it says return value is only half of full cost. And one was 18.99???
Lucky for me I should be able to return to another location as inho, this business does service to no one but, themselves.
I'd say it's literally the worst experience I've ever had at any Walgreens.

Absolutely horrendous pharmacy. This place needs to be shut down. I work at Our Lady of the Lake Hospital, on the same block of this pharmacy, and I expected this to be a great place to get my daily meds. You know, the medication that I take everyday to keep me alive! Absolutely not. There has not been a single time where I have gotten my medication on time, and, when it is out of stock, I put in a request to get the medication as soon as possible, yet, I never even get it at all.
Don't even think about calling this pharmacy either, or really, any Walgreens for that matter. I am convinced that Walgreens instructs pharmacy workers not to answer the phone. As I am writting this review I have been on hold for 1hr and 12min, waiting for a representive, so that I can ask if my medication has been delivered and if I can fill my perscription. I am absolutely appauled with the customer service- SCRATCH THAT- SOMEONE PICKED UP THE PHONE AND IMMEDIATELY HUNG UP?!?!
Let me take a breath- the audacity of this place is unmatched. Do not come here, do not fill your perscription at any Walgreens, ever. I cannot believe that I sat on the phone, just now, for 1hr 12min and 33seconds, just for someone to hang up on me?!
I hate Walgreens with my entire being now, and if I die tonight due to not getting my medication, its Walgreen's fault.

I've been coming to this pharmacy for a few years. I preferred it. But there are new staff members who are unprofessional. One was talking to me at the in-store window but staring at the computer by the drive thru. I didn't respond because I had no idea she was talking to me. The little male pharmacist of Asian ethnicity looked at her and gestured rudely at me causing her to snap at me saying "HELLO. SIIIIR. I AM TALKING TO YOU. HOW CAN I HELP YOU. DID YOU JUST LEAVE THE DOCTOR'S OFFICE? ITLL BE READY AT 1210." And shrugged me off. (Definitely not a sir so i hesitated) I said "sorry. I didn't realize you were talking to me because of where you were facing. Do you want my name?" And she said "how do you spell it?" I started spelling it and without entering anything she said. "You definitely just left the doctor. Come back at 1210. You have to give us time." For situational awareness, I left the doctor over an hour ago. I am not sure why she felt the need to be so rude. I miss the old staff and the previous pharmacist who was here before.I understand the work is tedious. But there was no line, and no other ovlbvious pressure for them to be that way.
