There is literally only one pharmacy tech i have an issue with. I think she really likes to say no. I had a perscription dated for today. I always get this prescription filled like clock worth every 4th Tuesday after I leave the doctors. I have never had an issue. This lady informed me that they can not fill it because it has been a shorter month and has not been 28 days. To which I explained to her that if I get it filled every 4th Tuesday, it has been 28 days. She kept telling me no because February is a short month. That doesn't mean anything. My medication was not even early and I've had techs tell me before they can even fill it a day early if I needed. But, I wasn't even doing that. She talked to me like I was stupid and I was very kind and patient with her until she asked about my ability to count. Which baffles me because she can't figure out that weeks don't get shorter because a month is shorter. I then went to the Walgreens on Coursey. They filled it and stated they don't know why i was given such an issue.

I went there and asked if they had the polio vaccine and they said yes so a couple hours later I came back to get it they said they can’t because it was opened but no one put a date on it. The thing is the bottle was almost gone so how many people got that vaccine without a date? How full is the bottle when they get it? I smell a lawsuit

When I walked into the store, I was not greeted by an associate. I had placed a photo order online, which was supposed to be ready for pickup at 9:20 PM. However, when I approached the counter, the employee informed me that my order wouldn’t be available until 6 AM the next day. I then attempted to use the self-serve printer, only to be told that it shuts down at 8 PM—which I believe was inaccurate.
I specifically ordered through your website with the expectation of picking up my item at the promised time. Not only was my order unavailable, but the employee was also dismissive and unfriendly. She spent time on the phone, walking around the store, rather than assisting customers. Her lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service should be addressed.

I was verbally assaulted by the Pharmacist Ariel on November 18th after questioning why I was hung up on. After going to the store for the 3rd time that day because they didn’t completely fill my son’s RX. I questioned why I was hung up on. Ariel approached me in a very hostile manner. She admitted to hanging up on me and told me that she’d do it again if I call back. I was fearful that she would try to fight me. I dont feel safe going to that location anymore. She screamed and yelled to the point other staff and customers made comments about her behavior. That’s unacceptable when working in customer service and in the medical field. She was supposed to get off at 4:00 so that’s why she was upset according to her.

Gave 4 Stars simply because they need her to be brought down a notch or too ...

First off Baton Rouge is already subpar at best. I didn’t expect superb service nor associate etiquette.
The cashier was very pass aggressive & irritable. She was actually pretty mouthy that was the only attribute she possessed.
Overall needs better customer service this is a Walgreens not the convenience store. I thought Walgreens has a specific standard for friendly customer service.

They allowed me to schedule a flu test when they were out of flu tests. I had to take off work early to get to my appointment, only for them to tell me they had been out of flu tests for three weeks when I arrived.

Worst pharmacy ever! The pharmacist & the technician all have horrible attitudes! Whoever was scheduled to work Wednesday March 20 at 3 needs to be fired.

These stupid people working here lost my grandmother's ashes in a FedEx package. They probably stole it and don't even realize what they took from me. I hope these animals rot in cages

They are locking up the laundry soap...really? I've never seen theft here - and it's laundry soap! Are you implying customers are thugs? This is near my home and i have shopped here for 15 or so years but no more. Pharmacy has had issues for years, but at least I could grab necessities and go. Apparently no more. Will go further down the road for better customer service, accessible items, and not feeling like I can't get basic items. Sad, as I liked being able to walk to the store to get basic items. Guess my only option is to drive to a store that values customers.

The pits. Staffed by rude, stupid savages (non pharmacy) who have no earthly inkling of civilized human interaction and accountability, much less customer service

I'm a former Winn-Dixie pharmacy customer and now we are being forced to use Walgreens to get my prescriptions, which has horrible customer service and everything is on backorder! No one cares at Walgreens! How can I get the same medication, without any problems at Winn-Dixie, 2 miles down the road? But your pharmacy is on backorder? Maybe you should have thought about buying the pharmaceutical company for Winn-Dixie too!
