Understaffed. There is too much demand in this area and obviously turning profit is more important than servicing their customers. Their policy on refilling prescriptions is obnoxious that you have to call twice a week in hopes of getting it filled rather than putting you on a list to be in line. Over 2 1/2 weeks now trying to get a prescription filled. I highly suggest to use another pharmacy.

Zero stars! Horrible rude incompetent employees!
I know what time it is and what time you close! I don’t need a rude idiot telling me “do you know we close in 10 minutes?” I said well of course I do! I know how to tell time and I know what time it is!
You don’t tell a customer that! Hey Walgreens corporate do you like your employees being rude to your customers? Look at all these BAD reviews and fire these people!
They don’t appreciate their jobs so find other people that do! Both of the women that were working in the store on Monday night 9/16/24 were rude and had a bad attitude!
Then on top of that as I’m checking out the manager after she already announced on the loud speaker they were closing proceeded to turn ALL the lights off! Who does that? As I left I told her she was rude for doing so! I will never step foot in that location again and I may never visit another Walgreens either! If you can’t appreciate your customers and hire nice people and fire these ignorant unprofessional incompetent ones that you have then you won’t get my money!

The incompetence at the Coursey location is palpable. I waited an entire week to pickup a prescription and it still was not ready when I went to pick it up!!! They make no secret that they do not care about customer service! But we are supposed to be patient with them.

Customer service is horrible!!!! I frequent the Jones Creek location often and repeatedly there is no effort to greet/ acknowledge customers at the register when checking out. It’s even worse when you see them previously going out of their way and talking to customers but then almost ignoring you. Originally i thought the lady was having a bad day but it has been consistent behavior from her when I’ve shopped there. Honestly Walgreens management needs to step in and talk with employees about customer service etiquette. (I also work in customer so i know how you are supposed to treat customers) Y’all need do better Walgreens.

We are still in line. It’s been 45 minutes so far to pick up a prescription that was already ready when we got here. They tried to charge us full price without asking if we wanted to use HI. I am shocked at the level of incompetency and unprofessionalism. Stay clear of this pharmacy unless you enjoy being treated poorly and waiting in lines for exorbitant amount of time. I’m not referring to one person either. It’s the whole staff. 100% stay away.

I would give them zero stars if I could. The pharmacy tech told me that I did not have a prescription there. After I showed her the email from Walgreens with my prescription showing that it was with them, she said that those emails are not always true. She is clearly at the height of her career. She did not even have the thinking skills or care to refer me to the pharmacist…I had to ask. The pharmacist could not find it either. I guess I had a dream that my doctor sent my prescription to them. I called my doc and had them send the script to CVS. How do you lose a prescription? Incompetence. Never again will I have any scripts sent to them.

Pharmacy is always horrible. They do not help anyone. They only care about policy and procedures. Sometimes it's best to put the customer/the patient first policy be damned. When a customer asks do you have something in stock it doesn't hurt to simply say yes or no. I'm not asking for the safe code.

Service is horrible! I received an email and text that my prescription was ready for pickup on 8/24. I go to pick it up today on 8/29 and my prescription was canceled. They tell me that they are "out of stock". How are you out of something that was ready for pickup 5 days ago? They have a hold time (greater than 5 days) before prescriptions are put back in stock. I don't believe that was the case this time. With the way service is (especially with one pharmacy technician), they probably had an irate customer who demanded and canceled my prescription to accommodate that customer. Do better at the Jones Creek/Coursey location. This use to be a top tier pharmacy in the area.
