Was on hold for nearly 8 min for them to answer then hang up. I called back and asked for a manager and he caught an attitude with me then put me on hold for another 8 min. Highly unprofessional. Everyone has a job. Everyone gets paid to do that job. This isn’t the first time they have had attitude problems with me. Hence the one star

General extraordinary rudeness from this pharmacy’s staff members, but not all of them - just depends who you get. I highly do not recommend this pharmacy as I have been coming here for YEARS and have had the same negative experiences with one of the male attendants. I’ve worked in customer service for years, and it takes a lot for me to have that opinion, much less post a review of it. Take your scripts elsewhere.

I have been calling for two days trying to get in touch with this pharmacy. Answer the phone Walgreens, this is ridiculous. I have pneumonia and can't get my meds.

All I’m gonna say is if you don’t like working with people, please stop getting jobs where you have to work with people. And there is no reason why you should be asking a customer to verify their information to pick up their medication before they can even finish a line of information you’re interrupting them asking them for different pizza information is either use one piece of info. I understand it’s gonna be a long address or use the shorter one to begin with, but you don’t interrupt people or take whatever frustrations you have or whatever you’re going through out on customers. I’m honestly getting really tired of this trend happening with businesses in this city at this point.

While the pharmaceutical staff was absolutely wonderful, this place is disgusting. There was stuff splattered on the wall next to the waiting area in the pharmacy that my three-year-old almost got into not to mention all the trash that was just sitting all around on all of the seating in the waiting area and when we went into the bathroom, it was a horrific mess and I was told by one of the employees that works there that it’s because the janitor is a male and doesn’t want to go in the women’s bathroom to invade anyone’s privacy so he just chooses not to clean it.

If I could give 0 stars I would, this was the worst experience I've ever had with a pharmacy... These people need to be fired! First told me my prescription would be ready in 30 minutes I come back and they tell me I can not get my script because my doctor is too far and literally asked me why do I go to a Dr in Hammond... These people don't care if you die, they pick and choose who they want to help they had me so out of character in there over my damn script! Policy my a##! Never in my life have I had
a freaking technician tell me I'm not their patient at a walgreens smh these people are disgusting!!! One thing you don't do is play with folks medication. Q
