Visited for a battery change. They came back saying my car keeps horning and it have electrical issues. I did not have this problem when I walked in. Now they took off my horn completely and I should bring it to a mechanic to fix it. Very unsatisfactory service.

Brett the manager is an honest man and I recommend dealing with him. He'll do whats necessary to make sure the customer leaves satisfied. The auto technician LeKendrick is also very trustworthy and thorough at his job. 5 stars from me.

Ms Suga was very helpful, unfortunately they couldn't help me with my tires, due to me having the custom rims for my vehicle

My tire was flat and I was driving on my spare, I came to buy a new tire and to have it put on. I was waiting for 20 minutes just to be helped, waited another 45 minutes-1 hour for the tire change. It got done and I drove off to quickly see my tire light turn back on, luckily I wasn't far, turns out my rim was bent and the "forgot to tell me" before I drove off. They actively put me in danger, and to top it all off they tried to sell be a break job I didn't need.. I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYBODY

1. There is nobody at the service table when arrive. Waiting 10min.2. Was told Only one worker there. And let another people change oil first though she came later. That's okay to me. I have too much things need to be done. It's better if they say something to me before the decision.3. They don't have the type of tire I wanted. But when I asked about other tires suitable with my car, they also said no. However, I found it exists in that store by walmart app later. I guess they denied to service intentionally though I had told them I can take the tires to other store to install.Having gone to three walmart store, the other two don't have this type of tire. Waste the whole afternoon leaving the spare tire still on my car .

I should have read the reviews. I pulled up yesterday at about 5:20 to get a battery. They didn't close until 6, but they had closed everything off. The guy that was supposed to help me disappeared and everyone else acted as if I was invisible. I guess it doesn't matter what location Walmart is at, customer service still sucks.

I am literally watching one employee push my tire around the empty auto garage (not fixing it) while two other employees hold a conversation and continue to do nothing with a lobby full of waiting customers inside.

Auto Department workers are nothing more than incompetent liars! I arrived at the location at 2:30pm after having being lied to at the O'Neal Ln. location. THEY ARE WORSE HERE! Two ladies created a service ticket at 2:45pm for me to have 2 tires installed that I ordered from Walmart.com. They told me it would be a two hour wait, I said fine, and gave them my keys. One of them gave me a claim receipt and said someone we call me when my truck is ready, so I left the store. At 5:30, I began to worry because I did not receive call, so I began calling the store off and on until 6:20. No one answered in any department.....shocker. So at went to the store. I arrived at 6:50 and the techs were rushing to shut down and leave. No one greeted me, in fact, they intentionally ignored me! My truck had not been touched. When I finally got two techs to help me in the store, they said the ticket was canceled. So I went to the front to get a manager involved. It was then discovered that the ticket was canceled because someone lied and said my truck wouldn't start. However, it started immediatly in front of an assistant manager and one tech. It's was also said that they confused my GMT800 2005 Suburban (silver) with a another GMT900 2007-2013 Suburban on further down the row. Guess what? It belonged to a Sam's Club employee who happend to remote started it in front of the assistant manager and tech too!!! So where is this mystery Suburban that wouldn't start? These were the only two Suburbans in both Walmart's and Sam's Club Auto Department lots at the time! Save your time, money, and sanity! Take your vehicle somewhere else......
