I went to urgent care on a Sunday at 330 pm and my Rx was sent to Cortana Walmart around 4pm. It was filled promptly and service was awesome! Staff was very kind and attentive!

The Pharmacy is getting worse and worse each time I visit. Lines wrapped around the corner and total chaos at the register...dealing with insurance and/or missing info. I've tried to give them a chance, but I'm getting more and more frustrated with each visit. Received a text that meds were ready. Got there and the meds had been pulled off the shelf. This time I waited for my meds and the tech never called my name. I literally left without the meds because I didn't want to cause a scene. (I know how I can get sometimes!!!) I will be ditching this pharmacy for a more organized one. I'm done with Walmart Pharmacy!!!!!

Went to pick up a prescription, received a text it was ready, got there it was not ready had to wait 10 minutes or so for them to figure out something. They then told me it would be filled in 20 minutes. Waited 30 minutes went to the window to pick up and was told they would not fill it(not a controlled prescription). I let the pharmacist know I was leaving town(only picking up 4 days early) and would not have time to fill it. She didn't care. I transferred my prescriptions here because I received great service in my first two transactions, but will be taking my business elsewhere. Especially after the pharmacist alluded to me taking extra medication. The pharmacist needs to learn discretion, and be less judgmental. And also learn how to not waste people's time. If you say you're going to do something in a certain time frame do it, not change your mind after making me wait 30 minutes.

Wonderful pharmacy. Prescriptions are always ready and I get emails when it is time to refill. They are very courteous and kind!!!!

There was no one in line at the drop off window. I was told it would take 5 to 10 minutes to see if the prescription was covered and 35 minutes to fill. I've been waiting 25 minutes and I still don't know if I have to pay for this prescription.

The lines are always extremely long with a ridiculously long wait time. They may "secretly" do this on purpose so that you'll end up killing way too much time and MONEY $$ in Wal-Mart by doing a whole lot of unnecessary extra shopping just to kill some time while you wait on the pharmacy. Hmmm.......

Slowest and most uncoordinated pharmacy I have ever been to. Been to the store multiple times to pick up the same prescription and the cashier takes 15 minutes to check-out one customer on top of looking lost. On top of that, I have a confirmation of prescription getting filled and they didn't have it. Had to wait 45 minutes to get it filled. Will NEVER use them again!

Customer service is terrible from EVERY employee at Walmart. No smiles, no thank you's. Me as the customer have to ask how their day is going and their answers are always "ready to get off". They need to hire more staff to assist with lanes because there is always a 7 man lane with only 4 lanes open. This just happens to be the closest Walmart to me and I attend every 2 weeks to shop to experience the same thing every time. I tried shopping at 10 am then another day in the afternoon by 2pm but it's the same service from every employee. Unprofessional. The food and store seems clean and fresh so no complaints there just bad hiring/training.

This is easily the worst walmart ive ever been to. Their shelves are always half stocked, and their cashiers always seem to take breaks when the lines are long. This is the only walmart i know of with no self check out.
