Well I could not return any or the clothes I brought not even get a store credit to get something else when I bought clothes at target I return them back and got my money back well t I guess I will start doing more business with the places that looking out for me and my money these are hard times I don't have money to just give away and can't even get store credit for or no sign up saying you can't return clothes at this time or get your money back

You need to hire/have more cashiers. Its ridiculous for a store to have 1 register open. Where are your CSM's, managers, cart pushers anyone to get the lines moving. No one want to spend 30 minutes in line.Period

store is very cluttered and unorganized in the clothing department, sales associates have terrible customer service skills had to wait almost 40 minutes for someone to come assist me and they barely could help

3 of 15 registers open? Why even use that space if you don't intend to use it. Tried using self checkout and it kept freezing. Left merchandise and will deal with target where a human will be my cashier

Horrible customer service. I bought a set of sheets because they were on sale, but when I checked out they rang up at almost twice the price. I told the customer service manager (Jayla) that they rang up the wrong price, but she refused to honor the price marked on the shelf, instead offering to take 10% off. I told her this was false advertising, but she didn't care, acted as if I was an interrupting her busy schedule of looking at her phone. In disgust, I then went to the service desk and returned my entire order for credit back on my credit card. I just checked my card statement and the charge is on there, but no refund, so now I have to file a dispute with my bank, what a pain in the butt!

Less than one star. My MD sent script in for antibiotic eye drops and they refused to fill because they were closing in 10 min. Told me they would be ready next day. It's not like they even had to count pills. Will never go back!!!!

Well I came over here the other day and usually it's a ok Walmart compared to oneal lane, college dr, and club Walmart at the mall at Cortana. Well anyway. I think the employees (all employees) should be retrained on the self service machines. I'm saying this because as I was waiting to be checked out a employee came from outside and told me "They open over there" pointing to the self checkout. I had no idea I was blind and couldn't read. Shout out to the cart pusher that was walking people to their car yesterday in the pouring down rain around 3pm yesterday with an umbrella. I wish I would have gotten his name. He went above and beyond while his co-workers just stood out of the rain. I know he made my day as well as a few others I'm sure. A small act of kindness goes a long way.

So apparently customer service is not at the forefront for the store lady at the service desk acted like she was having to save a life to check out five items with the return one person waiting behind me why should I have to wait in another line when she can do the same thing right there once again only one person behind me I waited for almost 10 minutes plus already The amount of attitude you get from workers is unbelievable
