Never stop at this Walmart and it’s was probably the worst experience. Their machine doesn’t work and they only had 4 self checkouts open and 1 cashier. Never coming here again. I’ll just stick going to the one on Coursey and Jones Creek

This is a trash ass store they do not answer the phone for no selection given I tried calling to see if someone may have picked up my moms phone and could not get in touch with anybody this is piss pour service

I visited this Walmart location on 12/30/2024 , I spent 45 minutes, it's a complete joke of a store, I made the biggest mistake adding the grapes to my shopping, they had 4 different price stickers the upper shelves and under showing the price $1.97 lb , on the check out it showed $2.37 lb , I asked the for help first one couldn't resolve it ,the second one where customers service, she was very aggressive and pushing it at $2.37 trying to force it , won't listen to me to go check the price, the 3rd one was willing, we went together and she pulled one of the price stickers out, I told her mam,they are 4 different price stickers saying it's $1.97 are you going to pull the other 3 , then she realized and started saying I am sorry you are right, then we went back to check out again and the 2 bags of grapes disappeared, I told her mam I would like to purchase the grapes, and she went out and got one bag, and I told her I had 2 bags I need one more, she went and got another one, I got it for $1.97 lb , but through humiliation, then I decided to speak to the store manager and they were looking at me in a strange way, manager name is Mike, he's two busy won't come, then the same person who went to check the price came to me and told me she's one of the managers, and I leave the rest of story to you guys, I will never go back to this location 😀 unless all the stores in Baton Rouge closed 😀 Thank you.

Terrible customer service. 4 "associates" just standing around by self checkout registers doing absolutely nothing. Terrible attitudes of these "associates". More training needed to teach these "associates" better customer service.

The item I needed was on the shelf that you have to press the buzzer for someone to come and open it. I did that several times and no one came. Then, coincidentally, an associate came next to where I stood and I asked her could she open it for me. She told me she wasn't on the clock and to press the buzzer for someone to come then left. I pressed the buzzer several more times and waited, still no one came. After several minutes, I decided to leave. While walking back to the front, I noticed the same girl "not on the clock" in the front playing on her phone. She put her head down when she saw me. You would think she would as least tell someone who was on the clock that there was a costumer back there needing assistance. Dissatisfied to say the least.
