I went to return some items at customer service, and the girl ignored me and kept talking to friends off to the side and even walked off. Also, I realized walmart didn't give a full refund they kept some of the taxes I paid initially.

This walmart has everything you need. Including extremely nice customers, I had a few strangers help me out. I didn't catch the name of the employee, but she was so sweet. I was standing by the bathroom waiting for my sister to come out and while I was standing there a bunch of employees past me, I didn't need any help, however when she came out the staff room it was the first thing she asked me. She asked if I was okay and needed assistance, then when she noticed I was kind of just standing around waiting, she gave me the biggest smile and said "oh I see you're good." But it was the thought and the gesture that was appreciated. She didn't look me over, that's what customer service is about. I'm from Boston so I think things are more expensive there, wish they typically are but the wines in this Walmart was twice the price of what I get it for at any liquor store in my area. But they had a bunch of items that was significantly lower than I would pay back home

Stocking shelves on a busy Saturday is WILD to me. Turned a corner? Aisle blocked by stocking cart. Turn another corner? THAT aisle was blocked by a stocking cart.Only two cashiers on “assisted” registers, and lines to the clothing section.ENDLESS announcements with the most grating noise imaginable before it.In short, one of the most frustrating shopping experiences I’ve had in a while. Will more than likely try to avoid this location for the foreseeable future.

I made an appointment for an oil change and waited about 15 minutes for someone to even show up at the service desk after pressing the button for assistance. He looks up my vehicle, then tells me they're out of my type of oil. I was nice about it since it wasn't the kid's fault, but it just goes to show why Walmart is the butt of so many jokes. The ONLY reason I go there is for things I can't get at Target. LESSON: Call there before going for an oil change to make sure they have your oil!! (...if anyone even answers the PHONE.) ?

The new updates inside the store are nice - to see room collections like a department store would have. The employees were very helpful with showing me an item I was unable to find on my own. Cudos to Walmart and staff

This walmart provided the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I went to try and get help activating an iPhone I purchased from walmart and they had no idea what to do or how to help me. They were extremely rude and told me the system was down so u had to wait 30 minutes. After waiting, they then told me they couldn't refund me when I didn't ask for a refund even though I had the receipt. So they call the supervisor and he says I can get an exchange. Well anitra and the other fat lady with the gold hair who was hiding her name tag was trying everything to make sure I didn't get help. She denied the exchange that the supervisor said I can do because it wasn't the same walmart. I told them I can no longer go to that walmart. It was obvious to me and other customers in line that they were intentionally trying to make sure I didn't get help. However Jana helped me and assured me she would take care of it the next day when her manager would be there. Never going to this walmart again. Anitra and the other lady need to be fired!!!

Don’t do online pickup here! I was the first car parked for pick up items and was waiting 15 minutes before anyone else pulled up. Waited a total of 30 minutes to get my items while people who had arrived after me got their items first. I checked in and still had to wait. Called the number listed on the stall poles and no one answered.
