Walmart Supercenter offers a wide variety of products and convenient shopping options. Customers can order fresh groceries online, with Walmart+ members enjoying free same-day delivery and free pickup, all at low prices with no mark-ups. The store accepts SNAP EBT cards, and shoppers can choose from in-store or express pickup, where groceries are handpicked by trained associates and brought directly to the car. The Walmart Grocery app makes shopping even easier, providing updates when orders are ready and allowing customers to check in before arriving. While the store generally keeps shelves well-stocked, some customers have experienced issues such as long wait times at checkout due to limited cashier lanes and difficulty finding shopping carts. Customer service has been criticized, with reports of unhelpful staff and poor communication, especially at the money center and over the phone. Despite these issues, the store has received praise for its cleanliness and stock availability compared to other nearby locations. The Walmart Vision Center has also earned positive reviews, with staff like Shalondra going above and beyond to ensure correct prescriptions and excellent service. Overall, Walmart Supercenter provides a variety of shopping options and services, though some customers find improvements are needed in staffing and customer support.

Only one of the two self checkout areas was open, and half of those registers were not working. I always have a good shopping experience here, and the associates are friendly and helpful, but I shouldn't have to wait in a long line for Self checkout.
