If I could give a zero star I would. Today is Thursday, January 23 , 2025. I called this Walmart and the operator who answered the phone was very rude as she stated she couldn’t tell me which other Walmarts were open nor did she even guide me on maybe a corporate number to call so that I can find out. You are all one even though you’re in separate locations so just remember that young lady.

Pregnant girl working the returns tonight was laying on the counter and pretended not to see us for a while. When she finally acknowledged us she said, “I shouldn’t have come today,” then put her head back down on the counter to work the return. I was the only person in line and it was a 10 minute exchange that I started online before I even arrived. I feel for those that are pregnant but she was doing to most. Wish I could leave less than a 1 star review. Order Number 200012516878870

I purchased a yellow cake for my granddaughter's birthday and I was disappointed. I’ve never had any issues with previous cakes, the cake was extremely dry. The presentation was good as it was a Princess Tiana cake, the taste and quality of the cake I rate a 2/10. I’m skeptical about purchasing any future cakes from Walmart.

Only one of the two self checkout areas was open, and half of those registers were not working. I always have a good shopping experience here, and the associates are friendly and helpful, but I shouldn't have to wait in a long line for Self checkout.

Would have tried on and possibly purchased clothing if the dressing rooms were open or if there was an employee available to unlock dressing room door. Not pleased with my shopping experience.
